The snobbiest athleta location I have been to! Awful service and rude workers. If you don’t walk in decked in designer they won’t give you time of day.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been shopping at athleta for years and have experienced great customer service in other locations but this location was awful. They were not helpful and didn’t even bother looking up my order they said it’s past 30 days and couldn’t do anything. Even though last month in another store they switched out a pair of defective leggings for me past the 30 days. I understand policy but these two managers were so rude and didn’t care or even attempted to help. They clearly were not interested in my business. I asked how to prevent the pocket seams from coming unraveled and they told me they couldn’t help.

I came into this location on Friday (May 12) and still thinking about how customer service seems to be so lacking these days. I walk in and asked the representative if this athleta had bodysuits. And she quickly says no with the rude look on her face. I’m sure she saw how I looked back at her and then proceeded to say we probably carry it online. After that she asked me what would I wear it for? I was kind enough to engage her and give her outfit ideas of the purpose of women liking body suits. She then tells me why it’s not her thing.First of all, a customers needs has nothing to do with the store associates opinions. If anything she should try to be helpful and make a sale.I shop at athleta online and all over the country and this store left a bad taste in my mouth.

I LOVE this store. Just bought three pairs of pants that are totally versatile for work or play, and they fit perfectly right off the rack. Colors work very well with other combinations. I already have a gym wardrobe from here, years old but all items still look great and haven't worn out either fabric-wise or color-wise. The quality of this clothing is top- notch. I do have items from Title Nine and Lululemon, but Athleta, in my opinion, feels more comfortable then either of the other two lines. Athleta is my favorite!

Took a pair of pants in to get alteration as athleta offers free alteration if item is purchased from them in store or online. Got them back and the pant legs are not the same length. Manager on 12/30/21 at 2 pm told me they can’t do anything about it after it’s been altered. I had to argue with her that it was their alteration people that messed up. Reluctantly she refunded me the money for the messed up pants.
