I guess my laptop was "too old" to be bothered with it. Dude literally said, "I really don't want to open this up. Just get a new one for about the same price as it would be to repair it." Lol. Wow.. Basically don't bring us anything we think isn't worth the time. Got it.

Came in with an order.for repair 30.mins before close they said I'd have to leave it over night which wasn't a big deal but the tune they said it be ready the next day was unacceptable wasn't going to leave my phone after an hour drive to the location only to have them not have it ready til noon the next day..

Today Mr Gerson literally saved my computer and me. Scammers installed a malicious app on my phone causing it to completely crash. In addition there was a real danger that they would get access to my phone. We couldn't delete the app. After spending several hours, Mr Gerson was able to remove the app. My messages, documents, pictures are saved.

An excellent experience with Gerson. My mother was desperate since she answered scammers call and installed malware that none of us could remove and her phone was completely controlled by the scammers. We brought it to ubreakifix store on 242. Gerson took time to try everything he could to avoid hard reset of the phone which would have erased all data. He spent hours to investigate different ways and finally found a way to remove malware without resetting the phone. We are very grateful and highly recommend this store and Gerson to anyone who needs technical assistance. Thank you!!!

Poor customer service, no follow up, lack of accurate diagnostics, wrong parts ordered, last minute price increase of +40%, no repair after three visits. A complete waste of time. Find another place if possible.

Santiago was amazing! He fixed the phone and was finished by the allotted time. He was super friendly and efficient. The 1800 customer service associates (nothing to do with Santiago or this location) was absolutely horrible, a joke. I'm glad that this technician within the store was so awesome.

Couldn't help me since Samsung has a parts. Shortage. Staff didn't even have a way to attempt to back up a phone and wouldn't even look at my phone. Told me to just mail it off with Verizon and take my chances.
