As I sit here waiting for my vehicle to be ready. I noticed several issues with this establishment. The lack of prices on the car washes with only a verbal amount being given upon your arrival at the bay. It was not busy by any means yet I waited for my vehicle for over an hour already (no, it wasn't ready upon writing this). I have been coming to this car wash for quite sometime, but since my dealership has a "free" car wash I would get it done there, but this time I wanted an overall better quality clean car. My vehicle finally was completed and as I checked inside, overall is was cleaned well. The welcoming feeling of this business is not what it used to be. The waiting area is worn down, the snack area as well.

I'm extremely happy with this car wash. My truck was fully cleaned. They have multiple sets of brushes that are foam and not plastic brushes that beat your vehicle to death. They also have a prep station to where you can remove those nasty bugs on the front before you go thru the wash. They also have double the vacuums that most of your other competitors have and high pressure air hoses that will blow the water off in those little areas that the washer blowers miss. The final wax wash left my truck looking extremely good. I strongly recommend this car wash if you definitely want your money's worth and some.

They are so helpful, it was my first car wash experience, cause usually my husband did it. I had my baby with me and they an awesome job on his car seat as well. Very nice people, highly recommend this location.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating, 10/10 would definitely recommend , the waiting area was very clean and made the wait very comfortable, as a first time customer I was beyond impressed by the quality and end result of the service I received today

My car needed a good cleaning so I took it there. They explained to me the service and the price. They have a nice, comfortable waiting area. I waited there while they worked on my car. They did everything they said they were going to do. It was a job well done.

Best car wash in town hands down! I went by today (Sunday) to get a wash for my truck. The staff was super helpful from beginning to end. Prices are reasonable as well. I don't think they have increased the price of their basic exterior wash since pre-pandemic times. Overall, I had a great experience at Aqua.

I first used Aqua a number of years ago when I lived on Allen Pwy. They have always been very thorough and the one in the Woodlands appears to be as concerned about care. I have a monthly pass and can run through it anytime they are open for the one monthly charge. Haven't had any further detailing done yet, but was told that tell them how much you want done and they'll let me know upfront what the cost will be

Second time I’ve been turned away from this car wash by the same guy who says he’s the manager. I highly doubt that. I had some dirt on the top of my hood from the trees that very easily comes off but my 2017 Jeep “ doesn’t fit their standards” so I went to Rainbow car wash in Rayford/Sawdust road and my jeep looks beautiful!!! I quit going to Aqua a year ago because of this same guy, I’ll never go back!Services: Auto detailing

Five years ago it was $30 for an excellent detailing job at this location. Now it's $70 for a shit job. Costs twice as much and it's half as good, which is to say it sucks.Don't bother going there. You can spend anywhere from $70-$160 but you sure as hell won't get your moneys worth. Look elsewhere.It sure as hell ain't an employee problem, it's a management problem. They've got them working for less than they did ten years ago and in worse conditions.

Incredible incredible job. I went in thinking this was just a detail so I could put my car on the market, now it's as if I fell in love with it all over again! They got out 2+ year old stains and made it smell wonderful and shiny. The workers were incredibly kind and honest with the time it would take (2 hours on the dot!) and for under $100? I couldn't be happier.
