“I went to have my vacuum cleaner tested for an issue. Roman the gentleman that assisted me found the issue right away. Because it's a big box brand and model, no parts available. They sell David made vacuums that are exceptional. I believe my next vacuum will be a David. The price is higher then bid box units but the quality and performance is exceptional. The high end David's are made in Germany and their design and performance is way beyond anything I had in the past. If you have any vacuum cleaner needs give Roman a call.”

“Is Ferguson open to the public? I just need basic toilets parts for an easy fix that aren't available at Home Depot or Lowe's. May need a couple of new toilets too. Plumbing fixtures at DIY home centers are extremely poor quality and I don't trust them not to fail. Thanks!”

“10.28.22Yes I am giving 5 stars to this Home Depot location. We all know that when you come to a hardware store that if you need an associate they are hard to find one. Well not at this location!! We had several Home Depot associates ask us if we were finding everything ok and if we needed help with something!! We were shocked. They were so nice and polite. Kudos to the management team at this location. We found what we came for and of course a few extra items. This location is the closest to our new home and I am very happy about that. I'm not going to mind coming here.”

Multiple employees approached me to ask if I needed assistance and the girl helping at the self checkout was so friendly. This will definitely be the only location I go to.”

She helped me a lot more than she had to, she easily could've done the bare minimum and sent me on my way, but she was genuinely helpful which is not what I expect out of home depot tbh.
