I understand why this store has so many bad reviews. Horrible experience and incompetent staff. Apple is definitely not what it used to be.

Gave specific instructions to manager, requested best support staff available. Reviewed significance of not exposing my HIPPA certified content. Was reassured by manager and technician there is no chance. And within minutes they had breached data I was just assured would not be by both manager and "best" technician. Not to mention none of the issues were resolved and all advice proved to not work as explained. Virtually every engagement with Apple is a horrible experience, full of incompetence, arrogance, and people with titles they never earned. Genuis bar? I think not. Countless emergency trips to the local store to correct issues caused by corp support staff and or the 3rd party vendor they employ for front line support. Only to arrive to the store and they lose my appointment. My purchase of a MacMini was the worst decision ever in terms of technical tools for business. The support staff from corporate to the local store is a literal shame. Apple has single handedly ruined the tech space with its over promise under deliver culture of mediocrity. Just look at the lawsuits, stocks, and ask virtually anyone you know about the truth of Apple beyond music and gaming. Tim Cook is a terrible leader, and needs to get his head back in the game, or better yet, be removed, and get someone like Elon Musk at the wheel. Someone that backs up their words with actions and care about the end users experience. Apple is "the appearance of doing good, while doing evil". PERIOD!!! Total garbage and I warn everyone of my miserable experiences, and massive losses to date. Save your joy and inner peace, and never trust apple with anything of significance to your life other than music, and they find a way to steal that too as they did during my recent permanent cancellation of apple music. All exclusively due to Tim Cooks dereliction of duty. The Apple spell check is even recommending ebonics over proper English. Apple is the trojan horse to mankind. And should be avoided at all costs. NEVER ever trust your wellbeing and livelihood to Apple. It is riddled with bugs at every turn, and a nightmare to operate. Even the support staff openly admit the lack of consistency and worse. Apple has truly lost their way and worse, they are teaching these smaller tech companies their bad habits. Its a disgrace that effects us all! The lack of continuity and logical engineering is profound. Especially using their own tools such as magic mouse. Retarded best describes this OS and engineering logic. Do yourself and loved ones a favor, never buy into their misleading marketing. Especially if you are new to the OS. Microsoft is far superior, and I cant believe i am saying this, but its the truth unfortunately. Apple deserves -100 stars in my book. And from what i am hearing, i am not the only one that knows this.

I had my screen repaired, under warranty a month ago. Last week, the screen went out again, so I brought it back to this store where they initially agreed to replace it, again under warranty. When I went to pick up my device the tech said they found that the water activation had been triggered so declined my service, which I found odd since my phone is never near water…. I talk to the manager who stares at the floor the whole time and says clearly I did something pretty impactful because it takes a lot to trigger the water indicator. Fast forward to today, I’m looking at the phone contemplating replacing the screen myself, and I found that the screws were never replaced in my phone!!! That’s how condensation got in it. Shame on the Apple Store for gaslighting me, and shame on them for refusing to even inspect that they might have done something wrong!!!

Service after you get to speak with someone is always good. But why don’t you guys ever have a system for when someone walks in to be assisted? If all your people are with customers; what’s the process? Stand up and gaze? What’s the flow? I mean it’s the only store close to me so no choice.

Avoid Apple Store Woodlands. This location is a lot like going to the casino. If You get lucky on who is working, you will receive more for your trade in value. I had better luck on the personnel working Fridays than Mondays (same product same condition). Monday personnel was unapologetic. The customer is always wrong. Go somewhere else -trust them, they don’t care if you do

The staff member we saw was very blunt and matter of fact. Instead of explaining that the apple care expires automatically after 2 years, they merely said you don't have apple care. Read your apple care agreement as you don't want to take your phone in only to hear they can fix it but want you to buy a new one.

Half the employees just stand around and don’t even great you. It’s sad when you have to ask for help when so many other businesses that’s the first thing you get. The technician who helped me with my laptop was a rockstar and was very nice elderly man.

Update: January 2024I came there on a Sunday afternoon with an appointment for 4 PM, I arrived on time. The place was packed with about 10 customers per employee. I waited 10 minutes to have someone talk to me just to tell me to go to someone else at the other side of the room I walked over there, and after he was done with the other customer he told me to go to a third person, I’ve walked to the third person waited another 5 to 10 minutes and then finally she scanned my QR barcode for my appointment. Then she walked away, and a few minutes later she told me to sit on one of the chairs and a fourth employee by the name of Taylor will come help me shortly.Taylor did come after 2-3 minutes and she was very helpful as I said.I came here with a cracked iPad Pro screen, and was told that Apple doesn’t replace iPad screens but rather replaces the entire iPad with a new one.Same goes with the Apple Watch, Apple won’t replace the battery, but rather give you a new Apple Watch instead, but they will only allow to do the trade-in if the battery health is below 80%. For the price of $99.Since I didn’t have AppleCare out of warranty price was $650 for the iPad Pro.And it comes with a limited 90 day warranty.Original review, Aug 2023:Came in for a broken speaker. After 4 1/2 hours I was out of the store with a new speaker and a new screen as well. The issue my phone had was a known issue by Apple, so therefore, despite my phone not being under warranty, they have repaired it for free, which is much appreciated. The workers were very helpful. My only complaint is that I wish the service was quicker.
