Every transaction is made into a big ordeal. They act like a regular payroll check is a million dollar deposit. Not a fan of this bank/branch at all.

This bank is incredibly poor. DO NOT use Amegy. Their ATM's are often out of service and look like they are from the 1980's. I went to deposit a check today at the drive through and literally no one was there. I waited and waited after I sent my check through and no one appeared. I just left. Of course now the check is missing (thousands of dollars). They act as though they are doing their customers a favor or are annoyed by them. I also have an account at Bank Of America. I am NEVER treated as poorly as I am at Amegy. I will be closing my account.

Not a fan of this branch/bank. The bankers are very apathetic and we had multiple issues with this bank when setting up an account for a non-profit. Banker refused to accept my federal ID card (I’m Native American) because she didn’t understand what it was/had never seen one before. Would not accept a piece of our paperwork bc there was a small typo on one of the parts. It took a week, but we finally got things figured out and the account set up. Over a month later and I still don’t have our debit card for the account and have been on hold for several minutes waiting for someone to help me. Would not recommend and I wouldn’t be with this bank if it wasn’t the affiliated bank with my nonprofit.

I called up here today and talked to a teller asking if she knew anyone that I could talk to about online banking questions and she was nice and jotted down my name and number saying she would get someone to call me back. I did get a call back but the woman that called me sounded really rude saying with what sounded like an attitude, "The tellers don't have anything to do with mobile banking." That response was really unnecessary and I just said never mind to her and hung up because of how she sounded. I already knew that tellers don't know much about the mobile app so I was trying to get ahold of someone who did. Thanks anyway though!

I am new to Amegy and I had to go in to get my email and birthdate fix. Then I just got my card and my name is missed spelt. They also told me that it's missed spelt on the whole account. I am very concerned with having three mistakes already, I will be trying a different branch.

Our card expired over two months ago so we went to this branch to order a new card and we haven't gotten it yet. We've been back to this branch 4 more times and every time they have a new excuse as to why we haven't received our card. The manager is no help either. Just avoid this branch.
