The worst communication i’ve dealt with by far especially regarding maintenance issues. Lived at this property for 3 years under different management and they never made us wait this long. My AC went down at 2:30 AM , I immediately submitted a request, when calling for an update on it they give you little to no information. My request was accepted by a technician @ 10:27 AM it is now 5:29pm with no communication if anyone is coming or not to resolve this problem. Our unit is now at 98 degrees and we have pets. The lack of urgency is concerning. Never dealt with having a maintenance request resolved until Advantage Asset Management took over. But they were very quick to make sure we renewed our lease.
Update : After having to purchase a AC window unit to remain comfortable in our home we got a call at 6:13PM that they would be coming the next day. Problem was solved, but the communication aspect of it could use some huge improvement.

Working with Elizabeth Hahn has been the most professional experience. She handles all the clients and contractors with the utmost respect making sure the clients receive top notch service and are getting all their issues taken care of as quickly as possible as well as dealing with insurance companies too to make sure all the companies clients are happy and properties are taken care of properly. Someone had to have paid for these reviews. I have never in my entire life dealt with a more unprofessional, dishonest, unscrupulous company in all of my years on earth. Maintenance requests ignored, constant flooding in the house, and all of the doctors visits for the exposure to the black mold in the house. Photos and videos were provided to them and total silence. Not willing to let us out of the lease even though as a disabled person it was slowly killing me, wouldn't let us out even though pictures and videos were provided of the house splitting in 2. And now ignoring emails about the deposit they mailed to us on 06/27/24. Still no sign of it and ignoring every attempt at resolution. Horrible service & honestly I question whether anyone has a conscience that works there.

I have owned rental properties in several states, and Advantage is the best, most professional property manager I have ever worked with. Charlie is always responsive, informative and proactive both with tenant relations and maintenance issues (it's an old house so prone to needing repairs, which are always handled quickly and transparently). Special welcome shout out to Elizabeth, who already has gone above and beyond to make sure both my needs as an owner and my tenants' needs are promptly met. Highly recommend!
