Store is closed and is under construction to become an Abercrombie. Neither the website, google listing nor phone number give you this information. And we wonder why people are moving to only purchasing online. Things like this make it unreasonable for us to choose to go into a store. Waste of my time.

Ordered multiple items online and shipped to store. Was waiting on one shirt to come in that was delayed. It came in with a pin hole in the back collar. The manager of this location Maria waited on me from the beginning. When I asked her if she could discount the merchandise I was told no and decided to return and apply toward another purchase. After leaving my daughter told me she loved this shirt, it was her favorite and wish we kept it anyway. I called other local locations but none in stock anywhere and sold out online. I called back to the store and Maria answered. I asked her if I could come back and repurchase the shirt I returned. She told me no they don’t sale damaged merchandise. She was VERY rude, cold, non professional and zero customer service. Customer service aspect would have been to discount the merchandise from the very beginning or to resale me then shirt. It’s customer service. When I called customer service 1800 # to put in a complaint I was told if I were to have called when I was in store they would have discounted it for me and that they do not know why Maria would not discount it “if it was to much trouble for her to rering it etc?” but she would submit the complaint. Very poor customer service from a person who is supposed to be the leader setting the example! There are things that are done out of courtesy and customer service. If you can’t discount it (which she should have) she should have let me repurchase it at no loss to the company but from the customer service aspect Maria should not be the example in this store. Her friendliness and upbeat attitude is nonexistent for that job title. When you spend several hundred in that store within the week and the shirt at discussion was already the item that has been waited on you’d expect more from someone in charge. I hope this complaint is brought to someone’s attention.

I understand the covid situation, but I came inside to get my order the doors are locked, I came to my car and waited 30 minutes calling the store and no body answer the phone, how am I supposed to get my order?
