From Ms. Laura, the receptionist to Mr. Ron, the inspector, our experience was absolutely amazing! Mr. Ron was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He initially asked if we had any specific concerns and immediately went to work. Once completed with inspection, he shared his findings while explaining in simple terms. I will definitely recommend this company. I’m looking forward to working with them in the near future.

Buying a home out of state can be nerve-racking at so many levels. A Plus Inspections of Texas really helped alliviate some of that stress by providing a detailed inspection report with many pictures. This helped ensure I knew of any issues that needed to be repaired before completing the purchase of my new construction home. Customer Service was helpful, and the inspector was thorough and arrived on time.Their follow-up inspection pricing is very fair as well.10 out of 10 would recommend.

Thorough inspections, delivering a good report and a summary. They also can include (for a small difference in price) a termite inspection.Very easy to schedule, reasonable price, very quick responses. Excellent!

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and very thorough! From the initial phone call scheduling the appointment to getting the final report, their entire team was just wonderful. We purchased a new construction home in Conroe and wanted peace of mind, so we decided to get our own 3rd party inspection. We are so glad we did! The inspection revealed a lot about the build of our home and flagged so many things that needed to be addressed before closing. The report was very detailed and provided photos of EVERYTHING they found, so it’s pretty hard for the seller to dispute. We then had A Plus come back the day before closing (once all the repairs were said to be complete) for a re-inspection of the agreed upon repairs which was a very smart move because we learned that many of the repairs still hadn’t been completed as promised. We received a second detailed report, and with that proof, were able to meet with the builder and insist on the necessary repairs to protect our investment. We worked mostly with Chris and he was fantastic every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain anything that was concerning to us. We are very happy with the service we received and will definitely be using them for any future inspection needs.

A Plus Inspections is a top notch company. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The website is very customer friendly and the live chat option for assistance was amazing. Chris my inspector was on time, and extremely courteous. He finished the inspection in a timely manner and had the official report to my email by the end of the day. I couldn't have asked for better service. I definitely will refer A Plus Inspections to people in the future.

We had our inspection performed by Paul and the inspection was more than I expected. Booking an inspection was great the lady that helped schedule my appointment was sooo sweet and nice and very helpful, she took her time to explain everything to me. I really wish i could remember her name. The communication up until inspection day was awesome We got email and text reminders of the inspection date. I arrived to the inspection and there were 3 guys doing the inspection they greeted me and were very polite and professional. As i saw them do the inspection and was very impressed how they looked at every single thing, they Took their time and at the end explained everything to me. Paul even explained to me how to use my sprinkler, turn off emergency breaker and other stuff too.I got the report by the time i made it back home so very very quickly. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone!!!

Excellent service and extremely detailed. Paul was great to work with! Even though we were moved in they had no problem working around our furniture, etc... They even graciously put up with my 5 year old daughter talking their ears off at times. The final report was very detailed, with images, and was exactly what I needed to send to my home builder before the warranty was up so that everything was "officially" reported before that date. Paul seems to love his job and it shows in his attention to detail and as he explains things in layman terms after the inspection. I don't know a whole lot about building code and safety hazards, but Paul explained everything so that I could understand the severity (or not) of each issue reported.
