Pretty good it’s just ALWAYS PACKED I FEEL LIKE A SARDINE WHEN I COME HERE! Even when Google says it’s less busy it’s still always busy but it’s convenient for the hours. Sauna is small tho love all the treadmills always one available!

You’d think it being in the woodlands would make it a good gym right? Wrong. Place is run down. 90% of the staff is arrogant and rude to everyone. Half the equipment is constantly broken and with how much I see cleaning people it’s a disgusting environment. If you really need a pool and/or sauna then yeah it might be worth but honestly this place is garbage. The staff will treat you like a piece of trash and be constantly rude while trying to upsell you on stuff that’s not needed. I’m glad my account was canceled again so I can finally just never come here again. I’d rather go lift in a warehouse with no amenities than here

The staff is nice and the equipment is good. But, this place definitley needs a cleaning! Mirrors especially, bathrooms, and saunas are noticeably unmaintained. There's names written on the sauna ceiling that have been there since I switch (from Fitness connection) 1 month ago. FC was way cleaner:(

I like the gym and the overnight staff. The day staff that try and push you into more expensive radicicolous plans not so much.
Do your research, don't fall for their pushy signing up nonsense. The best plan they have you can buy online on their website ( they don't offer it instore unless you push back)
But after signing up I luckily don't have to deal with them again (I hope)
Going in the early morning hours 1am-4am and enjoying it. There is enough people there to make me feel safe but not uncomeatable. Parking area is well lit and lots of parking near entrance.
The pool is an absolute bonus. Love this gym.

Limited and outdated equipment, have very limited and distances cleaning stations. Signed up for a 6 month contract and regretted it. Was told i couldn’t set it up to cancel early because it had to hit the 6 months. Cancelled immediately upon hitting 6 months as told, was told the pending charge for the new month wouldn’t go through if i cancelled within 3 days, but it of course did and manager now saying it won’t be refunded. customer service is trash especially from the manager - give inconsistent information about refunds and do not bother listening to you nor honoring their word, overpriced gym from the quality overall especially for the competing gyms in the area

I’ve been going here for about 6 years and it’s noticeably just dirtier and grosser in the last year or two. It’s like nobody is cleaning anymore. I want this place to be good, it’s just so much worse than it used to be.
Edit: just do some basics, power wash the sauna (including under the wooden seats) an locker room thoroughly, do a good cleaning of the flooring in the workout area, deep clean wipe down the equipment, and get enough clips for your squat racks and benches. Those basic things would make a world of difference. The pictures below are from the sauna and shower area. It’s obvious this hasn’t been done in months.

Friendly staff, clean gym, lots of machines, never too busy to rotate on the machines, they fixed the punching bag fast, pool & hot tub are kept nice & clean. I have the bring a buddy membership so I pay more to bring my guy or girlies & always have a great sweat or relaxing swim & the classes are awesome love the yoga, body pump, but still need to try the cycling class! Great gym to be a member to! Thanks for all that you do guys, keep it up.

Tonight, I visited 24 Hour Fitness after a hurricane caused a power outage in our area, and I have to say, Jay was absolutely amazing. Despite the challenging circumstances, Jay was incredibly caring and welcoming. He went out of his way to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable on my three-day pass. His positive attitude and helpful nature truly made a difference during a tough time. Thank you, Jay, for your outstanding service and for making my experience so much better!

Wow, what a nonsense. This gym lets you sign up for 3 day pass then will not let you in and send you home if your address on your drivers license is not The Woodlands. I am from Spring but boundary of the Woodlands that's why I chose this location, what a dumb concept. The receptionist had the audacity to tell me i have to drive to other locations in Spring like she knows where I live. You just lost a potential customer! You have to at least put that on your website when people sign up for 3 day passes. Dumb idea. Serve the people right!
