I bought rear tires from here a few months back. I requested tires that matched the front. 3 weeks ago, I got them aired up at a discount tire. There I was informed that I had mud and snow tires on the rear (I did not ask for these and was not informed at the time of purchase, so not sure why they chose these in Texas. Also, I was told that one of them was on backward (tread direction).
I went up to washguys auto to address their mistake. They fixed the tire that was backward, but told me they needed to investigate who messed up on buying the wrong tires and that they would get back to me. I have followed up 4 times since then and have not received a call back. I have been kind and patient and in return they have been far from helpful.

This is a very good car wash with very good monthly plans. The people that work here do a very good job. Not only is this a good car wash, it also has some really good mechanics and their prices are a little cheaper than most shops.

I came in for an oil change and inspection, and KD took great care of my car! He did the work I asked for, and also explained to me some maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of to keep my car running well. I’m always glad when I see he’s the one working on my car! They do a great job here! All the work was done quickly so I didn’t have to wait long, but the waiting area is nice and comfortable.

Love working with KD! Been coming here for years. Being an older single woman, I’m typically a target for mechanics. But KD as well as others at this fine place have treated me like family. I put much trust in them to keep me safe on my adventures! Thank you Wash Guys and JD! Suggestion…let those for 60 use the massage chairs for free! You’d be doing us a service!! Much love ❤️❤️
