This pharmacy is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I have called 3 times and gone in person once over 1 prescription and they have been putting it in limbo! Kept says "yeah I don't know why it wasn't filled, you have a refill available, I'll put it in now and it should be ready in 1-2 days"... 4 freaking times I got this speech over 2 WEEKS!!! All my other meds fine. people relay on their medication for their health and lives and for this location to be so out right negligent with prescriptions it's only a matter of time actions are taken against these neglectful employees
*update, sent my meds to another Walgreens and got the text my prescription is already ready at the new Walgreens...

Bought a $40 mouth guard and was told to keep my receipt for return. I came back to return it and they refused it. Less than 30 days mind you and they still refused it. And with attitude as well as if the $40 was coming out of there pockets and not mine. I didn’t appreciate the hostility when I just wanted my money back. I told the lady I’m not rich and she laughed in my face like it was funny. Bad business and terrible customer service. You shouldn’t treat your customers like the problem and the issue is the product.

Worst pharmacy experience ever, I was told they had a prescription on that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We waited and came for them to tell us they could not take the prescription because it was not written out in words and that we had to go all the way back to the doctor and have him rewrite it. We get back to the pharmacy and they tell us they can’t fill it and they we may have to come back the next day. Very inconsiderate and lack of accountability. Would give zero stars if I could.

While at the doctor visit, our physician sent over my husband’s 2 RXs. When we arrived at Walgreen’s we were not greeted but was told they had just received the RXs and they just opened and it would t be ready until after 11. I asked if we could just wait in order to save us an unconvinced trip back out and was told no. We have vaccines this morning and it won’t be ready until after 11. Guy was a hit rude. Literally it’s counting out 10-15 pills. Customer service rating a ZERO!! We’ve always used CVS, but Brian’s ins. forces us to use Walgreen’s now.

The pharmacist was so rude and ugly to me. She got mad at me as if it was my fault they didn’t have my prescription for the 3rd day in a row. I wasn’t even upset that happens all the time with this prescription so I understand. I was just following their instructions because yesterday and the day before they told me to come back the next day.

They will actually just hang up on you instead of answering the phone. I absolutely have hated this location for years now. It’s just the most convenient on my way home. I will be looking for a new pharmacy now I can’t take the disrespect

They won’t answer their phones and have hung up on me 5 times. How unprofessional of them considering people need their prescriptions on a time sensitive basis.

The drive thru pharmacy sucks!!! The management should clean the area. It's not the best place but they can let it be more welcoming to the customers!

The pharmacy staff are always thorough, polite, and helpful. The pharmacist called me to make sure everything was going good with a new medicine I had picked up. I thought that it was very professional and kind. I appreciate your hard work at this location.

Today was fun. My son has a pretty severe cold that is worsening, and his doctor called in a steroid for him to this Walgreens. I called around 12:15 to check on status and was told it would be ready for pickup after 12:45. No other information about pharmacy hours was given except the main recording which states the pharmacy is open until 9pm. We are also experiencing inclement weather today, and all the Lewisville schools were letting kids go two hours early. I picked up one kiddo from elementary when they released at 1:00 and then headed to Walgreen's to grab the script (which was ready and pre-paid at that point), before heading to the junior high to scoop up second kiddo at 2:00. It was already sleeting heavily by this time. The roads were getting icy and even traffic on 121 was around 30-35 mph. I arrived at the Walgreens drive-thru around 1:25 (maybe a little earlier) and was second in line. When the car in front of me finally pulled away, I pulled up to the window at almost exactly 1:30 to watch the pharmacy technician post a sign that they were closed - not closed for break/lunch. Just closed. I could still see folks inside, so I tapped my horn to see if they were closing early due to inclement weather, but they ignored me. I drove around to the front, parked my car, and went inside to ask for help. I explained to the front employee what had happened, and she said, "Sorry, they're all already gone. This is their lunch break." I explained that I was already in line long before 1:30 and was shut out when it was my turn, and that I could literally still see them standing behind the glass, and she just shrugged. About this time, the pharmacy tech I had watched post the closed sign in the drive-thru, came meandering up the aisle. I confirmed with her that it was her who put up the sign and asked if she could help me, and she told me the same. "You have to come back when we're open." I explained that not only was I already in line before the lunch break started, but I had a sick child in my car, and we were in a unique scenario of timing that could potentially disrupt our ability to come back for the medication (depending on worsening road conditions). I told them I realized all these outside factors are not under their control, but reiterated that I was here long before 1:30 and asked if they could make any exception to help me. My fear was that I would get to the middle school, be in the car pickup line for half an hour or more, and then not be able to get back to the pharmacy before roads potentially became too treacherous to drive. Again I was met with uncaring faces who just shrugged and said, "This is our policy. We get a lunch break." They just refused to help me. Just for clarification, the prescription in question was a simple liquid steroid that was already filled, paid for by the card already on file, and ready to just be handed off. I wasn't asking for major favors here. This was literally not a heavy lift for them. They *chose* to not go outside of their own set of rules. I didn't 'Karen' them, I wasn't a j*** about it, I was pleading with them for help on this. They just stared at me with deadpan faces and kept shrugging, saying, "Sorry it's our lunch break."Like all of you? At the same time? What? LOLI did call their corporate number and went through the painful process of filing a formal complaint on the store. I mean, what else did I have to do while sitting in the middle school pickup like for almost 45 minutes. The person taking the complaint said that they *regularly receive complaints for this store*. So, your CIP is not working? ::eye roll::There are other pharmacies out there, folks. Just saying. I'm not even sure why it took me so long to yank everything away from Walgreens.Side note, Walgreens's largest shareholder is The Vanguard Group, Inc. which, if you have a 401k, you should be familiar with. The fact that my portfolio has been mismanaged by this group so poorly over the last 10 ye

Confused as to why they wouldn’t fill a prescription with a legit paper copy from my doctor, requiring an unnecessary amount of phone calls for no reason. Weirdest and most unprofessional experience from a pharmacy ever. What is going on at this location?

PHOTO SERVICE: I printed some photos here and they turned out very poorly. The sides of each photo were smudged or incomplete and there were little splotches of color on each picture. The service was fast and the employees were very nice- I will keep coming here, but not to print!
