The drive thru pharmacy sucks!!! The management should clean the area. It's not the best place but they can let it be more welcoming to the customers!

I’m usually not a type to leave reviews - but today I have time.I drove quite a bit to get to this particular Walgreens location because they were the nearest to my house that has a photo center - just to get there and experience the most oddest customer service experience. I walked in and found the photo counter - didn’t see anyone available to help. So I go to the front to see if I could get any help, to find one associate who was stocking - which I usually am hesitant to ask those associate because they are busy. So I asked the cashier who politely tells me she couldn’t leave the front but asked if her coworker Julio could assist me. Even though I didn’t want to bother him initially, I attempted to go over to him, and he saw me coming for help and completely snubbed and looked away. The cashier came over and he acknowledged her — which she then asks if I could come back in 30 mins. My initial reaction when I initially went over was to just leave. I definitely wouldn’t want to recommend anyone to go in and disturb Mr. Julio. And to think I thought coming to this location would be better being that it’s in Frisco…

PHOTO SERVICE: I printed some photos here and they turned out very poorly. The sides of each photo were smudged or incomplete and there were little splotches of color on each picture. The service was fast and the employees were very nice- I will keep coming here, but not to print!

General manager is a liar. it's always a hassle to pick up packages here.

I understand why this place has 2 stars. The rudest staff. John specifically is one of staff members that threw a fit over me not wearing a mask and denied me my vaccines. When I asked him to show me the policy he said Mask up or go somewhere else! After that he turned away, literally turned away, and would not meet my eyes. This is the type of psychotic antisocial people Walgreens employs. Then everyone wonders why more people don't get vaccines. Because walgreens employs staff that literally tells customers to leave and go somewhere else.

Closed the door in my face at 9:58 PM.All I needed was eye drops to be able to drive home since I just got eye surgery and they would not let me in. They don't care about their customers here. Never returning to this location

Tried to get a prescription for my sons ADHD medicine filled here. After several back-and-forth with the doctors office and trying to apply a coupon because this is a really expensive medicine the pharmacist was less than helpful and honestly rather rude. We will be moving their prescription to a different pharmacy in the future this is been a really frustrating couple of days

Horrible cattle call type atmosphere at the pharmacy. You need an appointment yet have to fill out paperwork with all the same information

I've really tried to love this pharmacy since it's the closest one to my home but I haven't quite been able to see eye to eye with the staff persons yet. I've gone here multiple times and there is almost always an issue with the orders that I place online. I don't think the staff understands their own lingo that the company uses on their website. If you order items online but for pick-up in store, you would think that saying "I have an online pick up in-store" would make sense - but it doesn't. Though I do appreciate the staff helping me to the best of their ability, it doesn't exactly help that they have a junky old, computer software that doesn't recognize the difference between photo order, online order shipped to store, and online order pick-up in store. Perhaps, corporate could start with fixing that.Overall, some of the people that I've met there have been friendly and do try their best to help you out. Thus, 3/5 stars. :)
