We came in today right at open , Daniel was our sales representative and did an incredible job with my parents. We had a ton of questions about deals and different options and walked out with 2 new iPhones, a watch and an iPad . He was patient and ended up haloing us for around 3.5 hours. We left with phones and gadgets all set up and ready to use. Thank you Daniel!!

I came in today with a new Iphone that was unable to connect to the carrier. Tim came to the rescue and patiently figured out the ESIM problem! I'm very thankful and will be back. Thank you, Tim!

This is an actual Verizon store. (Don't go to authorized resellers)Maggie was super helpful in getting my business account set up and my personal phone line.She was very efficient, friendly in a genuine way and she knew what she was doing.Great shop. Thanks Maggie!

The worst Verizon store in the metroplex. Three guys are in the back restocking, telling me to wait a moment -- 10 minutes go by and I decided to walk out. My last time coming into this store I had to wait an hour + to buy a car charger. Management needs a revamp here and so do their attitudes. Hospitality is your job -- not your commission check.

I would love to give more than 5 stars! I went in to this store to inquire about upgrading 2 phones. I received amazing customer service from Lindsey. She was patient with me while I changed my mind on the phone and on various accessories. She provided me with good reccomendations for accessories. I went back to turn in one of the phones for the credit and interacted with Ryan, who also provided me with quick and great customer service. I have been a Verizon customer since the 90's and this is the first store that I received such amazing customer service at. I will definetly be back for any Verizon needs when I'm in the area! Thank you 1000x for your professionalism, courtesy and friendliness. Do not let the old negative comments on here steer you away from coming to this store, they almost did for me and I'm glad I gave them a chance.
