I’ve never had a better experience with ups staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely not what I am used to. I really appreciate these kinds of places that the staff are extremely experienced and also the place was staffed very well which is a bonus! Will come back here next time I have shipping needs!

They make you buy the tape.. I ship so much stuff out all the time here (not by choice but work) and sometimes need to use the tape because I need to add a printed document into the box. It’s usually the women too, the guys seem to be nicer. You would think as much as someone ships there they would let you use their tape. I bought their tape once and it was awful. And another lady was beyond rude when I arrive at 6:25 with 3 boxes, tapped and labeled, literally ready to go- she rolled her eyes at me when I arrived. All she had to do was scan it and give me tracking. I don’t understand the problem. And I always come prepared with my label. FedEx off 121 by target hands down the best, they’re much nicer and know me by now as much as I go. I wish my job changed there labels to fedex! I go there for personal shipping or if I just need printing done. There are better options in the colony than here.

Package arrived at a carrier facility.
Undeliverable: Incorrect address.
Called for help 9:50 today The second that he heard my voice, his attitude turned extremely rude he told me that i didn’t know what I was talking about and then I had not received any notices from Amazon or UPS telling me that my package was undeliverable.
I believe he was being prejudiced because There’s no reason to talk to me in the tone that he was talking to me unless he had some Issues with me as a person. I needed help with my delivery His job is customer service and to HELP customers He literally yelled at me and would not let me finish a Sentence he just kept raising his voice and saying can i talk. He knew he was being rude because I asked him multiple Times and he would not give it to me. If I know that I have treated people Appropriately I would have no issue giving my name

This is my hometown UPS center in The Colony, Texas. Swaroop and his team, Stacy and Steven took excellent care of me.
They made everything easy and convenient from picking out the right package size to getting it packed and ready to ship. I highly recommend this location.

Not all UPS are the same!
I came here for printing services on top of other services that they offer for my business down the street.
I needed some menus printed and laminated and Reddy went above and beyond. I already had the file that I wanted printed and he made the outcome was exactly how I wanted. I am happy with my end product. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Great customer service! It was pouring rain and I had 3 boxes to return company equipment. However, I only had 1 shipping label. I was disappointed that I didn’t have enough labels, however, the 4-5 people working on 5/30/24 around 2:10pm were very helpful and got everything into one bigger box for me. They packed it perfectly and used the bubble wrap and shipping paper that I already had. It only cost me $21.22, but it was well worth their packing expertise and efficiency to avoid a bigger headache for myself.
