“Great prices especially for tag discounts and senior Tuesday's. It does get very crowded and the checkout lines get long. I think the secret is out. Thrifting is an alternative for the increasingly higher prices at department stores and Amazon”

“I always find a gem - today I went (coincidentally wearing a shirt I’d thrifted from this same location years before) and I found a romper and some adorable handmade earrings! Staff is friendly (if you aren’t in their way while they restock) and there’s a discount if you bring in a reusable bag which is super nice.”

“I love shopping here and I've had a great experience selling items as well. I think I've figured out better the specific name brands they like. For people like me who need to downsize their clothing selections or just have a closet full of good clothing items that they just don't wear, this is a good option to have. I'm extremely bad about returning things I've ordered or bought so store like this are great for people like me. Very friendly staff. Always nice and courteous

“I absolutely adorable thrifting. I came in during a $0.99 summer sale and loaded up on a huge bag of clothes for my daughter for less than $35. The prices were pretty reasonable even without the sale for the condition and quality of the clothes. There were a lot of cute styles, and I saw sizes up to a 30 in women's plus size shorts which I never see in thrift shops. The store is huge and totally worth stopping in.”

“This seems like a lovely place and I like what they're doing. The man who "assisted" us when we dropped off our donations was quite unfriendly though.”

“a beautiful place very organized in sizes, colors, models. The clothes are pretty and they also have shoes, bags and accessories all for women. It also has furniture on consignment in the back.”

“Neatly organized and very clean. I even saw a worker mopping the floors. The only issue I had was that everything is priced very high so that when you see the 50% or 75% off signs that you feel like you're getting a great deal. There are some items affordably priced, but you have to search for them. Lots to look through, and I have to say the owner is very pleasant.”

“Went to drop off some glassware and plates. The two gentlemen that greeted us to help grab the items were super nice and polite. The best goodwill experience I have ever had. I hope this review gets to them and they are encouraged to keep doing the small things to brighten the days of those who come to their store.”

“Frisco resale is such a fun, clean place to thrift for just about anything! For those that complained about selection- it’s a thrift store. Things constantly change. Some days I walk out with several huge bags and others I leave empty handed. That’s just how it goes with thrifting! I’ve been going here for the last 12 years and they have always been super friendly, organized, and clean!! The best part is their point system- earn enough points and your grand total might be $0 if you shop enough!! Dropping off donations is super easy too. They give you a donation slip for tax deductions if you need one!”

“I was there today and the whole store was 50% off as they transition from selling winter clothes to spring. But all is 50% off right now.
Lots to look at and I bought a few items. A good deal for sure?”

“Thrift Giant is a great place to get second hand merchandise for a fair price. They have many different items that are still usable and in great condition. It's a lot more than just clothing.”

“I love Thrift Giant. I have found some really nice clothes there, things I couldn’t afford at full price. The cashiers are very nice and there is a very large selection. Everything is nicely organized.”

“Associate Joy has such a good attitude and was friendly and helpful to me when I had a few questions about the store. She is a ray of sunshine! This is the most clean and well organized Goodwill store I have seen! They have a large diverse collection of items and the aisles are easy to maneuver. I am going back today ?”

“Most of the clothing here is priced really cheap! I was able to get 7 clean, nice quality tops here for less than $15 total after all of the color discounts.

They had a good selection of household items and a TON of cheap books, and the girl running the checkout was really nice and friendly! Will definitely come back. :)”

“*** Update - also need to add that in Adam and. Victoria are just as phenomenal! I don’t know who handles the hiring process at this location but they are killing it because they both are absolute rockstars!! This location is lucky to have them!!

Hands down the best Goodwill in the area and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and organized the store was. It’s obvious that the team here is committed to maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping experience. What impressed me even more was the consistent flow of new inventory being put out on the floor, making every visit feel fresh and exciting.

A big shoutout to Mac, the manager, who is truly the heart of this store. It’s clear that he is deeply involved with his team—every time I turned around, I saw him assisting his associates, offering guidance, and just being genuinely friendly and kind. The atmosphere at this store is a direct reflection of his leadership style. Even the associates, Allison, Dave, and Ashley were unbelievably sweet and helpful. Allison and Ashley greeted me from the moment I walked through the door and were so sweet and understanding answering some of my questions. And Dave is just one of the most down to earth kindest human beings I’ve ever met and was just as helpful!

This Goodwill is more than just a place to shop; it’s a testament to great leadership and a team that truly cares. If you're in the area, don't miss out on visiting this outstanding store!”

“It was a pleasure to visit Goodwill in Carrollton, Texas on Beltline. I have never been to such a clean and organized store. Every item was in its place. This was one of my best experience thrifting. The manger Lupe is doing an outstanding job. Way to go goodwill you got it right.”

“This place has a great homey vibe and some good fines if you look closely. Unlike their neighboring Goodwill, they also don’t insanely overprice their items and frankly their items are priced to be sold at 50% off which they have multiple times a week.

I do want to add though I did recently buy a Lennox set that was sold as a set of plates and bowls only about a week or two ago just to find out there were also teacups and a serving dish that were not added to the set and I wasn’t told about. If you’re going to sell a set I do recommend being more careful or at least more informative about it. And since they were selling the other items individually for about $34. Aka about the price of the initial set I got. They could’ve easily doubled the price and just made it easy. I found it a bit annoying the set I bought was broken up and sold over different weeks.

Beyond that grace bridge is overall a solid place to shop with some good finds not insanely picked over by resellers.”
