Positive stars for maintenance (they’re amazing) and general location of the apartments. It is a quiet community and I love that it is next to Arbor Hills. I lived in the Thousand Oaks part which was newer.-3 stars for management, I would not live here again. Management/the front office does not answer their phones and is impossible to get ahold of if you need anything which was unsettling. I also was disappointed in my move out experience. I spent about 52,000 dollars living there over three years- and then they hit me with move out charges that in my opinion were uncalled for (holes from nails that I filled in with puddy and a "fogged stove top"). I also moved in with poop stains on the carpet, so I know they are not using that money to make the apartment nice for the next person.I live at an great complex now with amazing management. It's night and day in terms of how office/management is with residents!

This is the worst apartment community in DFW! The premises are unsafe and unclean with trash bags literally all over the place. Maintenance requests take weeks to be completed if they get done at all. Management is never available to assist with issues and the other staff will look at you like a deer in headlights if you have questions. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

if you want to get woken up by extremely loud fire alarms with flashing lights at least once a month, move here! this repeatedly happens at all hours of the day but mostly night! last night it was midnight, but sometimes it’s 5am! Oh and the best part is, management never says anything about it. the fire department comes and turns off the fire alarms after 30min- an hour or longer and we never hear a peep. they obviously have some sort of issue for this to be happening repeatedly but they don’t care enough to even acknowledge and apologize for it. my other favorite part about this apartment is how thin the walls are. my upstairs neighbors are up at all hours of the night stomping extremely loud and i can even hear them talking and yelling. after countless nights of being woken up at 5am (and all other hours of the night) from this i finally contacted management and they (summarizing) told me if i have a problem with it i can just move to a different apartment. i was honestly at my wits end because it had been months and months of this occurring 5/7 nights a week so i told them fine, id move units. they told me i would cost a $3500 FEE on top of rent to move units… obviously im not paying that, if i had that kind of excess money lying around id be a homeowner. They were very unhelpful and basically told me that im sensitive and it’s not my neighbors fault for waking me up every night. overall, dont move here! they suck! and they beg people to give them five star reviews!

Well if you want a place that will try and bait and switch you by showing an open apartment online, then suddenly telling you it's been rented that day just an hour before you got there as you're sitting ready for a tour then look no further!Staff constantly doesn't answer their phone, even with a receptionist. The excuse given was that they are "always out" and offering nothing for the wasted time.Absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication as we've been attempting to contact them for weeks.Hey, at least I won't have to deal with the drunk drivers. ?

I have lived here for 14 months and enjoyed my experience at the apartments. Great space for a good price, beautiful community and attentive staff. The location is perfect for any activity or food you need so I would absolutely recommend living here.When I first moved in I had some issues with appliances and the way the apartment was set up that weren't to my liking. I was disappointed for sure but after talking with the staff and putting in some maintenance requests I got new appliances and everything fixed within a few days and I haven't had any issues ever since.

Maintenance crew is great! Manny is the man here! Hope he stays around for a long time. There are many issues living here, but the maintenance crew will do as much as they are allowed to by management and that is a shining point for this property.

This place has blown away our expectations. After living at a poorly managed complex over in Lewisville we were surprised to find a place with working amenities, very walkable businesses, and highly functional maintenance. Each request we’ve put in has been promptly answered, for example Jon S today showed up within a couple of hours with the exact correct part and swapped it out within 3 minutes.
