I have been a resident at Thousand Oaks for 14 months and I recently did an apartment transfer with Julia the wonderful leasing agent and she made my move very easy and quite honestly she made me feel like living in this community was home for the first time.

The maintenance team is awesome. Jon S. in particular is always friendly and diligent in getting things fixed. Also super friendly to my animals.
