The beautiful sales lady was very responsive and helpful to direct me the area of interest then followed up with me before I left the store. Your rooms and setup is amazing
I could easily spend alot of money with the Tile Company. Priced are reasonable also. Great experience!

I had such a great experience with The Tile Shop for our Master Bathroom Reno. Michelle and team were so helpful. Anytime I needed to order or change tile, the staff were so helpful and made changes over the phone. Michelle helped me pick out the design and provided her cell phone for any questions (and actually answered). I would highly recommend for the service alone but the tile is beautiful too!

Michelle and all the staff helped us with our master bath remodel. Thank you for your advice and excellent service. When we need extra tile and it was on back order we worked together to get more and redesign the space. Thank you Rikki for helping me find that tile and getting it to me in a timely matter. For all the other sales staff who personally helped me when Michelle wasn’t there. You’re all amazing! Highly recommend working with any of them.

Employee went out of her way to try and help me. She did not have what I wanted. She seems to have everything else. I do not know about prices as we didn't buy. Will go back next time I need tile.
