Every single time I go here for air they totally ignore me. I called this time twice and they STILL left me sitting for over 15 minutes. I did buy all 4 tires there so they definitely lost a customer. Drove next door and was greeted and waited on immediately. I do not recommend this location and will NEVER go back. MIDAS SPEEDEE oli change has always took really good care of all my vehicles, from my 07 GT Mustang muscle car to mine and my wife's Raptor F150 pickups. They have always done us right. From simple oil changes, to custom exhaust systems as well as brake jobs, fluid and belt changes. They shoot you straight and tell you what you really need right then vs what you should do for preventive maintenance.

My experience is horrific came in for oil change stayed in my vehicle to observe. I ask lady how much was synthetic oil change said 67.00 I said okay no invoice to provide before service. After service was done she came back said the cost is 91.00 I look at her and said that isn't what you said. I ask for the manager he stated after charge everything car needed extra quart of oil..really and failed to tell before service was done I told him I not paying. He closed the garage front and back and told to think about it . I called Carrollton police two officer came over and they said this is the second time this occurred meaning this piece of trash is doing this deliberately. Don't go to this place no telling what else is he doing to under cut services performed.

They broke the oil filter cap on my vehicle when they were removing it to replace my oil filter, and they blamed Toyota. They alleged that since the last time I changed my oil was at Toyota, they had installed the oil filter cap on too tight, and they had to apply too much power to remove hence breaking it. They charged me for another filter cap even though they broke mine...and I paid full dealer price for it. Guy said to take the broken part to Toyota and tell them that they had installed it too tight....lol....really...where is the proof....a broken cap? Lesson learned....stick with Toyota for oil changes.....it costs the same for an oil change there anyway. Should have listened to my gut and gone to Toyota. I will never come here again...for anything. I was gonna save $5 bucks here and time not waiting at Toyota. I ended up paying alot more and having to wait while they picked up my filter cap from the dealer. How do like those apples...lol. My advise is to avoid this place and go find one that will accept their responsilbily. Otherwise....take a chance that these people will break something on your vehicle and charge you for it. I ended up paying $111 for a $64 oil change plus an extra hour wait...

They failed my inspection due to brake fluid being low. Said I need new brakes? I put fluid in the master cylinder, got it inspected somewhere else same day and passed. Do not recommend. Do not trust.
