The guy on the togo section was with the worst attitude. Why are staff allowed to have headphones and dance. Not against happy environment, i stood infront of him to pick ip my order and though the order was right there I had to wait for 10 minutes to grab it since the man was on headphones packing his orders. Basic etiquette is all they need and they do not respect customers. Have been to many spirits stores, did not experience this.

Came in to buy a bottle of vodka, hennessy and a couple mixers. There was a working leaning on a bunch of boxes that did. To greet us nor ask if we needed help and we clearly looked lost. When we asked for help he was very rude and said over there. We walked out and will buy our stuff somewhere else.

I want to shout out Mel and the other woman working the register this afternoon. There was a line of about 8 people (at 130pm) and they dealt with it as quickly as possible with a smile on their faces. Impeccable customer service.
Unfortunately, there were about 6 other employees just chit chatting with each other in the back of the store, not once asked if I needed help (which I did) nor did they help out these two hardworking woman at the front. Definitely one of my worst Specs experiences, salvaged only by Mel.

There are better places elsewhere. Friend went down to specs in 121 in The Colony about some unique bourbon however employee (older white guy) they never got it in and don't have it.
It seems like the employees are keeping these special bourbon for themself.
What's the point of releasing them when employee just stash everything in the back and check out later.
I rather go to Goody Goody down the street where they display all of their special bourbon's that are hard to come by for first come first serve.
Wont' shop here again even if they pay me

This spot is 50/50. I went in the other day and every cashier was sitting on boxes and playing with their phone! No one attempted to help while I walked isle to isle trying to locate a particular drink.
I shop at Total Wines now but stopped in because Specs was closer at the time. The visit only reminded me why I stopped shopping at Specs.

I ordered on Doordarsh and this poor woman was made to wait for more than 40 minutes for my order and another, then treated badly by staff. Do better. We have options and I'll go elsewhere not to have my delivery person treated like they're a pain.
