The customer service here is very poor. My little sister bought the wrong product. We turned around and went right back into the store with the recipt for an exchange. The cashier tried to charge a 1.99 restock fee and an additional 5 bucks because the original item was bought with a coupon. Smh and the gag is when she originally went into the store she asked for help and got the wrong type of product.

Good location & I don’t have to go to drive all the way to Dallas or farther& a huge selection are the only pros. Cons include the Asian lady who works there with a orange short haircut is not very helpful or friendly. I had to say the name of the actual product and describe it 3 times before I basically found the product myself. It was another lady with long black hair at the front who also tried to assist who was a bit more accommodating. If you are going to be selling hair products, please be more knowledgeable when customers are coming in to spend their hard earned money. Also please take a class in customer service, it’s not hard to be a pleasant human being, especially when you are making money off the people who frequent your store. Do yourself a favor and just go to another beauty supply if you are able. This is a last resort type place

I really don't have much to say about this spot here I only come here a few times a month for small items but far as their selection is pretty good they have everything that you possibly need considering you're right here in The Colony

First time here had no choice but very bad attitude if my appointment was not tomorrow I would have went somewhere else I will not be going back. And will not send my clients nor family here arrrgggg. They follow u like you are going to steal rush you when we had 45 min left and act irritated when ask a question.

Clean, well-organized and fair prices. There are so many options for natural hair products I feel like a kid in a candy store! I'm always growing out, chopping off, or dying my hair and Sassy is my #1 beauty supply store in The Colony.

This is my neighborhood hair store so it’s usually where I go for my quick hair needs. The only downside really is that they don’t let you try on wigs. So if you buy something and you don’t like it once you take it home and try it, waste of money. It’s a bit unfair, Honestly. There are other hair stores a bit further out that let you try on wigs and I much rather go there if I want a wig because I want to make sure what I like looks good on me. Over all, a decent hair store.

I frequent this store OFTEN. At my most recent visit with my mother we proceeded to check out our items and leave the store, upon walking out the sensors started to beep so we checked that all the security sensors had been removed from our items and kept walking. The older red headed worker proceeded to follow us out of out of the store to check our bag. We went item by item outside of the store checking off what we bought to match our receipt, she continued to try to grab our bag and items and go back into the store. We complied with her and allowed her to rescan each item. Every item matched what we purchased. She then said the system went off because we "must have something in your purse". As we proceeded to leave the store she continued to accuse us that there must be something in our purse just because the bag was "all clear" I attempted to tell her to check her systems as these can be triggered. She continued to argue with us and refused to apologize even after showing that she was wrong. The other worker I believe her name is Sony, did come out and apologize on her behalf. I advised them to check the cameras. Again I frequent this store TOO OFTEN TO EVER STEAL ANYTHING!! They have my phone number with every purchase. Advice to management: do not drive away loyal customers because your staff is prideful.

Service was top tier!! The staff was extremely friendly and helped throughout the whole visit! 10/10 highly recommend visiting and the pricing wasn’t bad either. Jamie, more specifically was a wonderful help thank you so much! <3
