I came into this store today and was greeted by a young lady her name was Roxy , she had the absolute best customer service I’ve ever heard , she knew Exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful and pleasant she knew her stuff seriously I never colored my hair before and she just amazed me she’s super talented give this girl a raise!!! , her personality was top tier I will be coming back ! I highly recommend this location for all ur color needs !

Went up there to get hair gel today the manager is always nice and friendly welcoming me in all the time even though Sally's prices are high, I come back because of the service! If you shop at Sally's alot you know their rules it's on the back of the receipt . Customers don't get their way so the blame the manager for doing her job! Never had an issue there! They keep my gel in stock. I will be back for more!

The ladies are always so sweet and helpful.Today I used the online order/store pickup and it was so easy!! Place my order while doing laundry and it was ready right after I finished putting my laundry away!

Went to this Sally's and the customer service was horrible. I recieved an attitude when I simply asked about the difference in price online and the in store price.....but I guess that's the new norm for Sally's. The Lewisville store off of Hwy 121...I think I'll take the item back and just purchase my equipment from other stores or Amazon this is becoming too frequent and since the only power I have is where I spend my hard earned dollars, they can keep their attitude and I spend my money somewhere else.

As a former Sally beauty employee at a different location, it is very disheartening to see employees either not knowing the return policy or making up their own return policy. The return policy is the same at all locations. Love it or return it (with a couple of exceptions), it's also on the back of the receipt. I used a product recommended by the employees, it did not work for me and I wanted to return it. I had all the necessary items to make the return. The employees then turned me away saying they only accept returns for allergic reactions. I spoke to a different location and they informed me the policy hasn't changed, they were able to accept my return. Please educate your staff.

Horrible experience. Item was not tagged properly and rung up 2 dollars more . The sales lady did not want to accommodate for their mishap . I will not return .

After a disrespectful situation at Ulta next door I came to Sally’s for the couple items I needed. Not only was the lady extremely helpful but they had everything I needed and items I didn’t even know I needed. 100% recommend. I will be back!

I stopped in and Bailey helped me with some lightening options. She was patient and shared some experiences with me that helped me make a decision.I like that you get points on purchases with a loyalty club.I didn't do colors this time, but the color aisle looked like it was a party waiting to happen with lots of color options. I'll be heading back when I'm ready for a new color.

Really nice and knowledgeable staff. The girl Taylor who rang me up at the registered also helped me out with finding the dye I was looking for and even made suggestions for some other stuff I was going to need. Love this location!!

I went into Sally's yesterday to exchange a 20 vol developer for a 40 vol developer and was helped by the RUDEST cashier I have ever had at Sally's. I'm not even joking when I say I specifically go to Sally's because every cashier/employee I've ever talked to has always been so kind and helpful, no matter what, but this girl was acting like she had a million better things to do than exchange my item - and was telling me I had no record of a purchase history. Everything felt passive aggressive, she was throwing my receipts on the counter with attitude, and did not even tell me when she was done making the exchange. Sally's actually didn't even include an item that was meant to be in my delivery order but I was too scared to bring that up to this cashier because of her awful attitude. I didn't catch her name but she had very dark hair (maybe some fringe) and was wearing some sort of evil eye necklace or lanyard. I understand everyone has bad days, and the holiday season can be extremely stressful, but we genuinely did nothing to deserve the disrespectful, annoyed, and quite frankly CHILDISH attitude of this cashier. Won't be coming back to this location for a while.
