My grandmother and I went in a few stores today and bought here because Douglas was far and above the most knowledgeable and helpful salesperson we encountered. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly showed us the options meeting our specifications. Thank you Douglas for taking pride in your job and making our experience a great one!

If I could accurately rate my personal experience with Rooms To Go delivery service and their manager, it would be a "0" but this system doesn't allow me to select "0". I will never use Rooms To Go again, especially the store in The Colony on Hwy 121. I ordered $5,900 of furniture including a bunk bed for my kids and another $7,200 of mostly living room furniture and I was treated like trash by this Rooms To Go Management Team and their delivery team. On Dec 4th, they showed up to deliver and assemble the bunk bed for my kids and they didn't have the main assembly support piece and stabilized. I had taken the entire day off from work and the Rooms To Go Delivery team failed to communicate that the main pieces were missing until they got there super-late at 4:15pm. Therefore, I took off work and waiting all day for nothing. They rescheduled the delivery appointment to the next week Dec 11th and this time the guys had major attitudes because I told them that they had to deliver the items upstairs because I am not going to disassemble the downstairs bunk bed again when I had already disassembled it and was forced to reassemble it downstairs for my young kids to be able to sleep on for that week. That costed me time and money to do that because I had to pay a friend to come and help me to do all of that. The only reason that I had to disassemble and reassemble and get my friend involved was because of their failure to notify me that they weren't going Ti be able to deliver and assemble the bunk bed on Dec 4th. On Dec 11th the disrespectful and rude delivery crew called their dispatcher and said that they will not assemble the bed upstairs and that they will just leave without delivering my items again. I called the police and the police finally got them to reach a compromise that they would deliver the items to the first floor of my home and will not assemble them. The deliver folk were mad/angry so they practically threw and dropped the boxes on the first floor of my home and left in a pissed-off manner. Well, I'm pissed off too because I paid to have my items s delivered and assembled without being disrespected and my items just thrown or dropped in my home. I contacted the Rooms To Go management team and I first spoke with Ryan Hobbs who is the Kids' Furniture Dept Manager. He told me that he would take care of it but it turns out that he was absolutely NO HELP at all. He straight up lied to me just to get me off the phone. He said that he would give me a refund but to date I have received nothing and when I try to contact him he avoids my calls and my attempts to contact him. I have left several messages for him and he has not returned any of my phone calls. I asked to speak with another manager who could help since Ryan Hobbs was avoiding me and I was referred to Maria who said that she is with Office Manager for The Colony store. Maria was extremely rude and practically laughed at me when I told her what happened and that I demand a refund of my delivery and assembly cost. She said to contact Rooms To Go customer care at 1-800-766-6786 and explain the situation to them and see what they say. I followed her suggestion and I've repeatedly contacted and followed up with the customer care team and they are just giving me the runaround and directing me back to the store. I did file a complaint through the customer care department which they call a DDR Complaint for (Delivery Driver Report) which was a complete waste of time and nothing has been done since then. Unfortunately, I see other reviews and complaints about this same Rooms To Go store providing the same horrible service and providing the same negative experience for other buyers and when these buyers try to file legitimate complaints or get their delivery money refunded based on what I'm reading they are getting the same sort of runaround. This is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer service and taking advantage of the consumer. I wish I would have read all of these negative reviews before I purchased at this Rooms

Great customer service! Mark was our sales associate for a 2nd time. He is extremely helpful. We were in and out quick, and left with exactly what we came for. We will absolutely be back for our next purchases.

Just bought a loveseat and two chairs for my new apartment from Fernando at Rooms to Go! The prices were great, but the personalized service was outstanding. This store is right in the shadow of the humongous NFM, but the smaller store slayed the giant!

Jody, our sales associate, was very patient, helpful and fun to work with while my wife and I wrestled with the decision of what furniture to buy to refurbish our sun room.If you go here to buy furniture there is no pressure, just professional service. She made it a great buying experience! We will buy from her again when we redo the living room in a couple months.

Worst experience with rooms to go. The rooms to go delivery guy was very very rude to us. He was arrogant and was not communicating with us at all. I am not sure why such people are at the customer facing end. Right from he entered the house, he was rude to us and was not answering our questions. We tried to be pleasant and welcoming. He denied to remove shoes or wear shoe covers in our new house where other heavy appliance installation people were happily willing to do it. We paid for delivery and installation. These guys were not at all cooperative and left all the furniture in our living room and barged out of the house without letting us know and without installation. On top of that, they missed some of the parts needed for our sofa installation. We have furniture lying in our living room all over the place.When we requested multiple times, they sent us other guys to install it but as the parts are missing these guys could not finish the installation and promised to return next day.The next day, we did not receive any response from them and the customer service is equally bad and they were asking us the missing parts to create a new order request. How would we know what parts are missing? It is the responsibility of them to take care of the setup and installation and make sure everything is available for installation and is working.They make the customer pay for everything and give the customer a bad experience. I was reporting the delivery guy but looks like rooms to go customer service people are clearly defending them.We have not even got to our bedroom furniture and not sure what else is missing there.

Avoid shopping here until their inflation practices cease. I spoke to a representative to inquire of the sales they have that aren't actual sales. Just because the numbers are in red doesn't mean it's an actual sale. The sale is you applying for a rooms to go card and paying $65 for 60 months or whatever promotion they're having. I remember the Bedford sectional pricing at $3,666 and I have not seen that sale in 3 years. Not to mention my entire home has been furnished with R2G furniture and I have spent close to $8k, at some point the should offer free delivery but don't. Poor business practices for subpar furniture.

Available, non pushy associates - even when offering information about items, there was no push to purchase and no one followed us around the store. When we had questions, they were quickly answered, and always with a bit more information than found on the tag. We always purchase from the person that helped us whether they are at work that day or not, and we are very pleased with our purchase and our experience at the store (s).

Sandra was super helpful and answered all of our questions. She made the experience fun by showing us her favorite pieces before letting us look for ourselves. We ended up choosing a furniture set she recommended.

What a great shopping experience, seemed like we were in and out so fast and easy. Douglas Torres our salesperson was just amazing. He is just so straight up profesional, this man really knows his stuff. He explained everything in plain English, including all the options. Once he has explained things it leaves you with everything answered that you had questions about. I figure he has lots of experience in the business and he reads people so well, he knows what your looking for before you even speak to him. He also knows all the inventory by memory, if can picture what your looking for and put it into words he knows exactly what to show you. The other thing that becomes real obvious is Rooms To Go must be an excellent employer because all the employees seemed naturally happy to be there and doing what they do. Also don't waste your time with the snobs across the street (Nebraska Furniture) selling over priced cheaply made furniture. The sales people there just want to sell you whatever makes them the most commission. We went across and when we didn't show any interest in what the salesperson wanted to sell us they just walked away and I think they told the rest of the sales force not to help us. We couldn't get any help so we came to Rooms To Go and Douglas greeted us at the door and from that point on things went so smooth and with absolutely no buyers remorse. We got way more quality then we could have ever gotten across the street and for less then half the price and that is not an exaggeration. Do yourself a favor both mentally and financially, don't go across the street and buy into the hype of Nebraska Furniture that will leave you feeling bad about wanting new furniture. Go see Douglas Torres at Rooms To Go and see what it should feel like to buy new furniture.

We went to Rooms To Go for a new couch and Douglas greeted us. He said he wouldn’t follow us around but if we needed anything to let him know which I appreciated. We were able to find a couch right away and Douglas made sure we got the best deal possible. I would recommend RTG and ask for Douglas.
