Had a phenomenal experience with Gabriel & the team.
I was an out of state buyer & this dealership had Grade A customer service to accommodate for that situation during the purchase process and post purchase making my life easier.
If I ever find myself in need for a car again & willing to travel again, I will keep an eye on this dealerships inventory.

TAKE YOUR LICENSE PLATE when trading in your vehicle! We traded in our vehicle and made a purchase on 05/11/2024. Later we received a TOLL bill for tolls that occurred on 05/14 & 05/16. No biggie, it happens. Called 3 separate times and left voicemails to have this taken care of since it happened when they took ownership of said traded in vehicle. NOT ONE person returned our call. We ended up paying the toll bill, but it speaks volumes of the integrity of management that something so simple couldn't be dealt with.

We were very impressed with this sales group. Very professional and courteous. Trey was an excellent sales person and did whatever he could to improve our experience without any pressure. Steve was also an amazing finance manager that had us in and out in record time, and explained everything thoroughly. All of the staff was friendly and hospitable. 5 star service and will definitely recommend.

8/26 update: still no response from anyone at RAG regarding the items owed to me. I’ll continue to update this review in hopes that I’ll receive a response.
I’ve held off on writing this review, hoping my issues with Reserve Auto Group would be resolved, but nearly two months after purchasing my vehicle, they still haven’t delivered on their promises. With no resolution in sight, I’m sharing my experience to highlight just some of the problems I encountered during the purchase process.
First, I want to acknowledge that Randell in the service department has been very helpful. However, it seems he’s limited in what he can do without higher approval.
The problems began with the agreed-upon vehicle price. After completing all paperwork on Saturday, 6/22, I was shocked when they invalidated the deal because I declined their financing. Financing had never been discussed prior to this. Although we eventually got past this, the troubles didn’t end there. When I came to pick up the car a few days later, they asked for more money than what was on the contract. Only after I pointed this out did they revert to the original amount.
Next was the "We Owe You" agreement, which included fixing a broken steering column and providing a new key fob. Even though we agreed over the phone that the repairs would be done by Lexus, they insisted on using their service department when I arrived. I reluctantly agreed, noting that the key fob was left off the document. I had to handwrite it in myself. After six weeks of back and forth, the steering column was finally repaired, but as of 8/13, I still have NOT received the new key fob, and no one is responding to my inquiries.
The final issue is with my registration and title, which I recently received and discovered that my name was incorrectly keyed by their finance department. After at least six unreturned calls and emails, I’ve given up trying to contact Reserve. I’ll now have to spend my own time and money to fix this error.
I could go on, but the bottom line is that I will never purchase another vehicle from Reserve Auto Group, nor will I recommend them. I've purchased many cars and have never had an experience like this. Reserve Auto epitomizes everything people dread about car shopping. If you’re considering buying from them, please do your homework and be cautious.

My experience at Reserve auto group was absolutely amazing! The staff were very welcoming and Gabriel was the BEST! He made the process easy and effortless from start to finish! After just experiencing some major tragic events in my life, I truly needed and appreciated the customer service and support that I was given! 100/10! Thanks again!

My experience with this car dealership was quite eventful. Tray, the salesman, truly impressed me with his professionalism and expertise. If this review were solely based on Tray, it would definitely be a 5-star one. However, my overall experience took a turn for the worse after leaving the dealership. I received emails and texts from the lender indicating that my loan had been denied, despite the dealership claiming the deal was finalized before leaving the dealership. I called the lender to discuss my recent car purchase and confirmed that everything was finalized, only to later receive an email stating that my loan had been denied again. Just as I was processing this setback, the dealership called me, assuring that the deal was nearly complete and requesting a reference. I promptly provided the necessary information, hoping that this final step would secure the purchase. The back-and-forth of information and updates left me feeling anxious but hopeful that the sale would ultimately go through as planned. I figured since the deal wasn’t final I could request to remove the $3k warranty, but they rudely refused, even suggesting I could simply return the car. Feeling disrespected, I contacted the bank for clarification on what was going on with the deal and was reassured again that the deal was indeed final. This experience left me questioning the dealership's integrity and customer service.

DO NOT purchase any vehicle from here. I bought mine 4 months ago and it is still not drivable. They have yet to fix it or even return calls/texts/emails. In 4 months, two services managers have quit and two general managers have quit.
