I called the corporate office multiple time and finally reached someone. I was looking for help after taking my son to Pie Five for his birthday as he requested. The staff was unhygienic, rude, and actually got into a yelling match with me once i asked for the manager.I was contacted by someone in the following weeks only to be offered a Gift card. My wife didn't want to return to the Pie Five ever again. That was the last we heard from the company rep.We choose not to eat at Pie Five in Allen because one "manager" was sitting on food prep table, The other "manager" (who said he hated his job) was scraping advertisements off the floor with a pizza spatula, the employee that served was in booty short serving us our food.In the end the managers were mad because my son spilled his drink. The employee that served us gave us styrofoam cups without a lid apologizing that they didn't have lids for these cups. They were also mad that we didn't mop up the spill after another employee told us not to worry about it and they would take care of it.I was supposed to hear from the franchise owner but never have. Once I requested my money back for the ridiculous experience on my sons birthday, I never heard back from Rave restaurant group.

The poplar bluff Missouri pizza inn is horrible! Disgusting service! Server never refilled drinks and when I asked her she got upset and coughed over my son drink! I told her to get a different glass! She was argumentative and nasty! Told me they were too busy to get drinks! Yet she wanted a tip! Julie H is unprofessional and need training before let loose in public service! Never going back! I do not recommend Stay away!

Charging a delivery fee and not giving it to the driver that is delivering the pizza is so wrong.

Ate at our favorite pizza inn in lancaster sc tonight for dinner, it will be the last time we go. We enter the dining room had 4 tables seated, one mom with 4 kids been waiting on pizza about 20 minutes. There was half a taco pizza on the bar something with mushrooms which my husband is highly allergic to and one piece of very dry nasty lookin maybe buffalo chicken pizza. So we sit and wait the waitress (erica) very sweet young lady asks if we have requests, well, can we start with just something beyond inn the 'buffet'.... my daughter had a request, we waited almost 30 minutes before food was served, at that point it was the 2 pizzas the lady with 4 kids had ordered, you can imagine how fast that went. When my husband ask what was up the waitress explained the cook was not just real good at watching the cameras. The manager completely dimissed our concerns, Donna was very rude, not sure how she made it to managment like that. I'm sure pizza inn didn't really care about one bad afternoon. In one location but i promise this, you have lost one life long family of support.

I ordered delivery via the door dash app around 2pm and i think they cleared off the afternoon buffet's non-edibles and pieced together a medium something or another to resemble the bottom part of a Taco Pizza which was thin crust, no sauce seen, (but that is where, I was told by Peyton, the rude young man I later called, is where the meat is that makes it a taco pizza) it was topped with a clear orange paper thin hard plastic chzlike top. My entire order, like $59, was Expired Buffet Buzzard Barf. I could tell this because the pieces of the taco pizza didn't fit together snuggly and were all different cooked colors, and none had any substance or moisture left in them at all. The L,T&CH came in a box separately and that was fresh and cold. The noodles in my 2 Large Spaghetti Dinners were freakishly water-bloated and gag reflex smooshy, very strange. Just like they had been sitting in Water, not Sauce for days or even weeks maybe even getting boiled over and over, then reheated and put out on the Buffet steamtable in water with oil around 9am, then packaged up for me around 2pm. They resembled the texture of canned chicken noodle soup noodles, No-Dente'-What-So-Ever. I also ordered a Large NY Style crust that was, I believe, on a Thick-Style or Pan crust because it was slightly more than a 1/4" thick, Fluffy inside, stiff up to the mouth, crispy on the very bottom. It had a 1" crust border all around the edges and was non-bendable. As far as I know, The sauce & ingredients are supposed to go all the way out almost to the edge and are oversized, very thin, bendable chewy pieces that are completely "Bendable" ! But, what do i know cuz Peyton said, "No, not ours". Whatever. Taco pizza was curled up and completely dried up at the points like little Dutch shoes. Back in the 1980's, PHut's Taco Pizza was on a light and ever so crunchy yet chewy White colored thin pizza dough made fresh that was coated with a tasty Refried Bean Liquid Sauce, Real Hamburger Taco Meat and topped with a Three Chz Mexican Blend, and chopped green and white onions, you could add jalapenoes, etc. Then topped with fresh crispy chopped iceburg lettuce and diced tomatoes and shred chef chz. Served at the table with 2 ice cold, squeezy bottles, one with Pace Picante Sauce and the other with Sour Cream. Those were the Good Ol' Days, for sure.

I have historically ordered online from Pizza Inn and driven to pick my pizza as I am outside the delivery area. There are other companies who deliver but I prefer Pizza Inn. NEVER AGAIN!!! I had kids and grandkids over for Labor Day and ordered 5 pizzas to feed them. When I placed my order the website said my card was declined but the money was drafted from my account. I called the Mesquite, TX location and was told by the manager that he couldn't help me because they use a 3rd party vendor for on line ordering and didn't have control over it. I told him I would come to the store and show him my order and the draft from my account. His reply was "If i do that I'll be out the pizza and won't have the money". I told him that I AM out the money and don't have the pizza. His only reply was "sorry about that." If this is how Pizza Inn feels about their customers I'm done with them. My order was for $75.00, I would imagine their expense for making those 5 pizzas was less than $10.00. If you're revenues are so bad that you can't take care of your customers I'm done. I will pay for mediocre pizza to be delivered to me rather deal shotty on line ordering systems and inept managers. You'll be a penny stock soon enough.

Today was my son's 10th birthday and he wanted to go to Pizza Inn. We went to the one on Memorial Dr in Greenville NC. He wanted buffet plus we got 2 large pizzas for the other 4 of us. After his 1st trip, I made him put his used plate on the table beside us so he could get a new one at the buffet. His 2nd clean plate had pork sausage instead of beef sausage so his sister ate that piece. He didn't want pork. Then he went back and started to get cheese pizza. Then our server, Melody, brought the other pizzas to the table. When she came with the check, it had two receipts. One receipt was for one kid buffet and two pizzas. The other receipt was for one kid Buffet, 4 adult buffets and two pizzas. I asked her about it. She said that she saw all of us, which is 4 people, 2 adults 2 teens, eat out of my son's Buffet plate. This was not true. The one daughter that ate a pizza out of his plate. I told her that I would pay for her buffet for eating that one piece but if she said she saw all of us eat then she was not being truthful. When I approached her, she said that she deals with this kind of thing all the time. I told her that I understood however we are dealing with my family for today. And what she said she saw, she did not see because it did not happen. When she did come back to the table, it was bc we called her over. Once confronted, she didn't even come back to tell us that the manager would handle it at the counter. We found that out yet another time by approaching her. This time at the Buffett after she wrote us off. We talked to the shift manager, Shannon, about it. She wanted to believe what the server said. I told her that I would pay for 1 buffett for my daughter eating that one piece but not the rest of us bc that didn't happen. Eventually she charged me that and not for 4. When we approached the counter to speak to the manager, Melody, took it upon herself to take a pic of me and my husband. I told her that that it was evident that she wanted a negative reaction from us but I don't conduct myself that way. After paying, we left out then I returned to get the store managers name. When I opened the door, I heard Shannon say 'she's coming' so they all stopped laughing. My 1st complaint is that she lied saying she saw all of us. If we did eat buffet, there would be no need for the 2 large pizzas. 2nd complaint is that managers should have access to cameras if things like this happen. I don't believe that they don't. I wasn't trying to get over at all. That's why I didn't mind paying for my daughter Buffett for that one piece she ate from my son plate. So many things could have went differently. Melody could have explained the clean plate/buffet policy when she said she saw my son go back with a dirty plate. She could have told me that she had to charge us for my daughter bc she brought water to the table at the time she saw her eating that piece. Or she could have produced the video of all 4 of us eating. That wasn't possible. I'll never eat or refer anyone to eat here again. The staff is very immature.
