“Had a great experience at The Colony Animal Clinic. Easy to get an appointment: same week. I arrived a little early and they were ready for me, I didn’t have to wait. The staff were very nice with me and to my dog. The vet saw us promptly and was happy to answer any questions. A really refreshing vet experience after having long delays at other vets on business days. Didn’t try to upsell for anything and very reasonable price. Will definitely be my go to vet going forward!”

“Diego did another fabulous job of grooming our Maltipoo! We’d gotten a little off track in his grooming cycle and our pup was in desperate need of something more than a trim. Diego took great care of him, and he turned out with a short coat (but not fully shaved), no mats, and an adorable face/ears! So he still looks like a Maltipoo - just with a stylish summer “do”!! We will be bringing him back to see Diego on schedule next time - but love having a non-judgmental groomer who always takes great care of our fur baby!!”

“This is a gem! Everything you need for your lawn and garden AND a wealth of information for any questions you might have. I recently picked up dried molasses, corn gluten meal and sea kelp to kick start my lawn into spring.”
“My wife and I bring shelter animals up to the self-wash room to make them more adoptable. Very friendly staff clean the shower after each dog and supply a variety of shampoo options. They also provide water-aprons to help you stay marginally drier, but be prepared to get a bit damp anyway - Doggos gotta shake!
I haven't compared their prices to the major retailers, so I still order most of our family's pet supplies elsewhere - I need to check it out sometime!”

“Customer service is usually good. Prices are reasonable, and I won't shop at rude Tom Thumb. I've had to many gateway issues trying to log on to Pet Supplies Plus website. Today, corporations have sacrificed their ability to communicate with the customer leaving many people with negative and inclusive emotions. The corporation today wants everything placed neatly inside a box. In my opinion, they do not want to answer questions and they only expect nice feedback for corporate mediocrity and bad customer service. Pet Supplies Plus is on a respectable path, while others are headed down into the crapper! I do get confused sometimes?”

They have all gotten to know our cats so well - not only understanding their quirks and anxieties but also making accommodations based on them so our cats are as comfortable as possible. “I’m a pretty green decoy and when I mentioned to the other decoys at our training club that I would like to get my own bite suit made, the response from everyone was always, “Contact Kirby K9, they’re the best.” I’m so glad I listened and I have since heard similar recommendations from decoys at other training clubs.From start to finish, Kirby K9 could not have made this a better experience. Being newer to all of this, I had several questions about ordering a custom suit (some of which I was worried/embarrassed were maybe dumb questions). Josh Kirby was not only so quick and responsive to my questions, but he was always so helpful in answering them and giving me all the information I needed without ever once making me feel dumb or silly for the questions I was asking.I found a suit design that I liked on the Kirby K9 Facebook page and sent a picture of it to Josh saying I would like that design but with the colors tweaked a bit for me. He handled everything for me and nailed it! All I had to do was provide my measurements and Kirby K9 even sent a SUPER helpful video fully detailing how to take the necessary measurements.My suit arrived yesterday and I was so nervous, hoping it would fit. It fit absolutely perfectly, arrived super fast (I got the Super Rush shipping) and, I know this is a weird thing to say about a bite suit but, it’s SO PRETTY! :)I can’t recommend Kirby K9 enough. Their customer service is unmatched, the product quality is incredible and they will make the whole process of getting your very own “custom armor” (as our wonderful club training director calls it) a smooth, easy and fun process. “After some recent bad experiences with groomers for my Shih Tzu's I looked for groomer recommendations and was given Lakeside Pet Spa as one to try and to ask for Ruby.
So I did. My Girlz are glad I did too. They were very happy & relaxed when picking them up and coming home. In the past they were crying, whining telling me about their halfway-very poor grooming experience and they did look great either.
No more bad experiences for them now, only happy ones. I will be returning to Lakeside Pet Spa. They have an appointment to see Ms Ruby again soon.
