“I visited this store thinking that I needed to recycle a can of paint due to it going bad (and buy a brand new one). Instead, the employees looked at my paint for me and explained that it had only separated and was not bad. They not only mixed the can for me and put on a new lid, but they sacrificed revenue for doing what was best for the customer. I really appreciate it and will be using this store moving forward!”

Yeah, so early in the day, a lot of contractors show up, and it can take time to get helped. But no worries, these employees take it in stride, one customer at a time. They ask good questions to help you figure out what you want, too, in case you're not a professional painter. “I wasn't too happy with my visit at this location today. The assistant Manager assisted me in spending almost $1,000 in paint yesterday. I came today to spend another $300.00 and tried to get some credit on a 5 gallon alabaster with extra white, maybe someone will eventually want it at some point in a store this big. They simply didn't take any consideration in my business and just said no can do.. now it's on my behalf to pay for replacement correct paint..... Thank you Sherwin williams for being so considerable with your customers!I have to mention, but I went to same location untetionally days later and tried exchanging 2 gallons for other job, and I was very surprised to see how nice they were this time, big change!!! Therefore I will change my review to 5 star for such change in customer service.”

“Went here twice in a row and nothing but good things to say. I didn't catch any of their names, young female, and young male both happen to be working Friday and Saturday as well when I came. Quick in and out. They had a promo on their website when I went to go buy another gallon… It was impossible to find the exclusions and didn't think anything of it when I called up asking if they would refund me for my Friday's purchase with the new coupon. The young female had no hesitation and said yes sure just bring your receipt. Well come to find out the type of paint that I had bought and was going to buy another gallon of was excluded but since she had already talked to me she honored it anyway And didn't even say that she was doing it the exclusions.”
