Upset! I noticed my car’s chimes were sounding different than normal. This happened just one other time and shortly afterwards my battery began to die; so I decided to have my battery checked. I went in and had it tested…it was fine according to an O’Reilly’s rep.
Today, I went to a doctor’s appointment and upon leaving, the battery was dead. Mind you, I just went to O’Reilly a couple days prior. Since I couldn’t find anyone for a jump, I had to pay $175 for one (because towing alone was over $250) and the damaged from my reputable dealer was over $200! It would’ve been much easier to catch it at the store but hey, I learn quickly.

Great bunch of guys & gals working here. Always super friendly and ready to help out to find parts or update my account with warranty parts for future exchanges. There are many locations but this is my favorite above others. Not sure why but it seems like everyone is happy to be there working & helping find the part you need. Bought some headlights for my car about 8 months ago and they burned out. The manger exchanged them and even helped me replace them.. very nice!

I had to buy a new battery for my car today. They had the one I needed in stock, so it was an easy transaction. I installed it myself since I wasn’t able to derive the car there, but I wasn’t worried about the install. The guy that helped me was nice and friendly. I will be back when I need parts.

They lost a sale today because the tech didn't feel like replacing my battery. He grimaced when I told him what I needed then followed me out to my car looked under the hood and complained about how difficult it would be. I drive a 2017 GMC Terrain. It's not nestled deep under my hood. Sits up nice and high. I guess it was just too early for manual labor
