“So, The Colony Home Depot may not be the biggest, or the most intensely stocked, but in the past few weeks they have proved they have heart and are beyond willing to help in these trying times.The curbside pickup is always friendly. Which helps make home projects and repairs easier to accomplish.Now I go way back out here, when there was no "Big Box" and one had to travel to Lewisville to Adams Building Supply or Payless Cashways. Imagine having to drive 15 miles just to get a piece of hardware or tool!I think that Home Depot is working on some of the concerns expressed in some of the other comments posted. They should. But for my money, I'm glad they are here, doing what they can, and trying to close the customer contact with a smile.Side note; Several years ago when a major storm came through and ravaged many homes in "The Legends" area. They came down, opened the store and gave city staff and homeowners access to such items as tarps, tools and building supplies to secure their homes. That is something I will always recall and appreciate, and always give this store first crack at my hardware and related needs.To the management of the store, keep working on positive customer contact. Don't "look busy" BE BUSY! Busy asking if you can help and giving it if needed.Stay safe and healthy.”
