I bought a lot of patio furniture from NFM, among other furniture. The chaise lounges and chairs are dripping rust and staining my stone deck. Their Customer Service Dept told me I should NOT let them get WET, which is causing them to leak rusty water. So basically NFM is selling and profiting, BUT NOT WARRANTYING their goods! How on earth do you keep your PATIO furniture from ever getting wet???? BUYER BEWARE!!!

I wanted to write to express my extreme disappointment with this whole claims process. I'm not surprised that an inspector from the company would determine that it's not the manufacturers fault, but I am disappointed that NFM does not stand behind the products they sell. I've been a customer of NFM for many years, since they opened the store in KCK, and the customer service has never been worse than it is today. There is no way this installation caused all the flooring to bow up on most planks, it's either a defect or the floor is not water PROOF as advertised. NEVER when we were purchasing this floor was it disclosed a specific underlayment was needed, that's kind of a big detail. This deceptive sales tactic of advertising a product and then it not performing as advertised is frustrating. But I guess it is allowed as you can always blame the consumer. In the future I will not be shopping at NFM as they have lost all credibility. sincerely, Matt Burton

The past 6+ months, NFM has turned what should have been a 5-6 week bathroom renovation project into a nightmare for our family. I've attached a picture of the "water feature" that NFM installed in our home, which was a waterfall from the upstairs shower into the master bedroom below. We requested a third party inspection to discover why this happened. The inspection revealed that the flood occurred due to massive misinstallation of the shower, likely because the contractor was unlicensed. At that point, NFM refused to share the inspection report with us. Yes, they sent apparently unlicensed contractors into our home, caused water damage we now have to report whenever we go to sell the home, and then wouldn't disclose to us the full extent of what they knew about that damage. The flood caused several thousand of dollars of out of pocket expenses this summer. NFM didn't want to reimburse those expenses until months later. And now that they have finally finished the project (after hiring the first subcontractor and hiring a new one that is much better), they don't even want to talk with us directly about the settlement. They are pushing us off to an insurance company (who works for them, obviously, and isn't particularly interested in understanding or addressing the experience we had). NFM also been continually adjusting the amount that we owe on our credit, without explanation for those charges. I'm only addressing the most egregious bits here; there's so much more that has gone wrong with this renovation. If you want to read more about our experience, I've written a review here: But suffice it to say, if you want a store that will charge you lots of money, given you substandard work that damages your home, and then give you an absolutely wretched customer service experience, you've come to the right place. If that isn't what you want, avoid this place for home renovation work.

Don't pay upfront if you can't get the item that day. 12-16-2023 purchased a console and was told by the salesperson that it would be in and delivered last week of December. Last week of December, called customer service and was informed item had not been shipped from manufacturer. Estimated delivery now into January 2024. Called customer service and checked online in January only to be told new date was February 2, 2024. Called customer service on February 2, 2024 was told new date was February 15. Once was told item hadn't shipped another time was it could be here as a container shipment and just hasn't been unloaded. Another call to customer service said we have to put in a call to the manufacturer and it will take a week. Another call to customer service stated they called the manufacturer but they were already cooled for the day and we will call you back. Never got a return phone call or email. Bottom line, they cannot track items at all and depending on who you talk to they will give you different answers. Maybe it was because they already had the full payment and were making interest instead of me. Finally received my console on February 19, 2024 - almost 2 months later than originally promised. If I ever shop here again, I won't pay upfront unless the item is in stock that day.

We recently purchased a leather power sofa and two matching recliners. After 4 exchanges on the sofa due to being damaged on arrival, not to mention the damage done to our walls that was never addressed, we decided to keep the last sofa delivered because it was the best one out of the bunch and were offered compensation for the cosmetic issues with the sofa and recliners. They did nothing about the damage caused to our walls while delivering the first sofa. The rep I spoke with regarding the compensation, was very thorough and assured me the cosmetic issues (stitching not trimmed down, marker lines on the leather running parallel with the stitching and a blemish in the leather) would not impact the warranty in any way. I called shortly after to report fraying in the stitching that was a completely different issue than than the one resulting in the compensation. I was told that my warranty was voided due to receiving the compensation. The last rep was rude and too focused on what could not be done. I escalated to a manger who made no effort to understand the issue. When a different manager followed up due to the survey I left, she didn't care about making anything right. She just placed blame on the rep who issued the compensation. This was our first experience with NFM. Most of the sales people and customer service reps were kind, but we will never shop here again as a result of this poor experience. I recommend not wasting your time or money here. Customer service is inconsistent and NFM does not stand behind its products or promises.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY FOR ANY REASON OTS A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! I purchased my living room set from Nebraska furniture Mart, the footrest on two of the six broke I placed an order in August 2023 to have the furniture repair company come out they came .... they ordered parts. I received the parts in December due to a back order I called the day I receive them and scheduled a representative to come out, and repair them..... he did Jan 23rd STAYED FIR 5 mins and said he only could work 1 hour and the job would take longer so he left. now it's February 14, 2024 i have called 4 times and can't get a rep. on the phone. THIS IS A JOKE! and totally wasted money

I purchased an iRobot Roomba j7t series in 2022 together with a protection plan through SquareTrade at NFM. First started having issues with the Roomba less than a year after purchasing. Filed a claim with SquareTrade as directed. I am now sending the Roomba in for the fourth time to have it repaired after only having it back a week and it worked once. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Roomba or the SquareTrade protection plan. SquareTrade has their feet planted about trying to repair it and NFM refers you to SquareTrade to get the issued resolved as they cannot do anything until SquareTrade sends notice that the product cannot be repaired and then, and only then, will a possible refund be issued. So frustrating when you pay good money for a product that doesn't work!

Over priced. Poor customer service. My king size mattress I purchased from here along with my king size bed frame does not fit together. Measurements are do not match and was not informed. Falsely informed by an inexperienced employee that if paid with a NFM credit card I would have warranty on the items I purchased. Just to find out that the warranty was for the credit card not furniture.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Nebraska Furniture Mart's price matching policy. They state explicitly on their website that "if you find the exact same merchandise currently sold and in stock for less, we will beat their price." was put to the test when I found the same item at a significantly lower price in stock at Best Buy. Excited about the potential savings, I approached Nebraska Furniture Mart for a price match, expecting a smooth process given their advertised policy. To my surprise and frustration, they declined to match Best Buy's price. This refusal was not only unexpected but also contradicted their advertised policy. It left me questioning the reliability and integrity of their price matching claims. Customers rely on these policies to make informed purchasing decisions, and when a store fails to honor its promises, it undermines trust and customer satisfaction. By failing to adhere to their own published policies Nebraska Furniture Mart has shown themselves to be highly deceptive and dishonest. I hope Nebraska Furniture Mart reevaluates their policy and ensures that it is applied consistently and transparently in the future. As for me, my experience has unfortunately impacted my view of their commitment to customer service and competitive pricing.

This place is amazing. As chaotic as shopping can be, they do a great job of keeping things orderly and flowing well. Great products, great selection and something that has eluded so many businesses in recent years - SERVICE! From patio furniture and smokers and small kitchen appliances to TVs, a huge furniture and bedding selection NFM has it covered. Keep up the good work NFM.

NFM delivered a wrong dining table of much smaller dimensions (but same color and material) after a week of purchase at the store. Customer service later tried to fool us in multiple calls that it's the same item. Luckily, we had the SKU and videos of the purchased item as evidence. Later CS agent mentioned over call that they delivered wrong item but the original item will cost more now. Remember that this is a week after the sale. Even return request was not smooth as they tried to schedule it a week after which means that we won't have space to place a new dining table bought from any other place. We also contacted the sales rep Aaron L. but he didn't return any of our calls. There is a party tomorrow so it created last minute stress for us. Lesson learnt that never trust the sales rep and NFM. We are a repeat customer but will avoid shopping there in future. Note: Customer Service is not helpful at all as they'll ask you to directly deal with the Sales team (but they won't answer your call) if there is any problem.

Nebraska Furniture Mart Bad service bad company The most rogue company in the world is your company: NFM. Nebraska Furniture Mart Six months ago, I bought furniture and you arrived earlier than the scheduled time, only waiting for me for 5 minutes, but I chose to forgive you. This time, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, I took a day off again and waited at home. At 12:00, you informed me that you would be late again! I have a job, I have my own schedule, and I tried calling but no one answered.

We've been here many many times. Bought many items. Selection is great. The pick up system is very cool and efficient. They have thought of everything. Most of the time it's very easy to find someone to check out with except on super busy days. Pro tip- there is a coffee cart and wine/beer cart downstairs, may want to check that out first (especially if you have kids). They also have a Subway and Sees Candy inside. They have just about everything from appliances to work out machines to shuffleboard tables and everything in between and of course tons of furniture. It's so large you could use it to walk laps as well. Plenty of free parking. During the summer definitely use the garage to park in the shade.

So many choices! I needed a new mattress and decided this would be the best place to make my purchase. It was over Labor Day and there was a sale going on. The sales people were in abundance, it seems like it was a 1:1 customer to sales which is great for the customer. My sales person was very knowledgeable, asked me a few questions about my sleep preferences and showed me a few mattresses and bed frames. I got a really good deal and received free pillows and a delivery within a week. I was browsing throughout the store when I received a call from my sales person that told me the frame I bought has been discontinued as the Beauty Rest reps were onsite making changes to the displays. Luckily, I was still in the store and made my way back toy the bedding department. The issue is that the available frame I wanted that was $1000 more, ouch. But they made it right and gave me a discount so I did not have to pay more. The manager of the department was great and I appreciated their service.
