It was a great experience! I originally ordered an LG washer and dryer that was scheduled to be delivered in June. When I checked the website it stated that they wouldn’t be delivered until August 20th. I immediately got on the help chat and the sales representative was able to find me a new set that was comparable in price and quality but a little more expensive that could be delivered immediately! It was such a blessing and a relief to have them delivered so quickly! The delivery service was great and they arrived early. Thank you Nebraska furniture I truly appreciate you!

We were in the market for a new TV and so we thought to check out NFM because of the financing options and frequent deals/promos. We met Brandon from Home Theatre and per his expert (and even personal) recommendation, we ended up purchasing a Sony A80L 83 inch OLED TV. You can read better reviews about this specific TV elsewhere, so instead I'll focus on the customer service. Brandon shared his contact card post-purchase and invited me to contact him if we experienced any issues. Fast forward a week and to no one's fault, we learned that we unfortunately had a faulty TV. Luckily for us, we had Brandon on our side. I texted him what we were experiencing and he promptly went about facilitating a replacement TV for us (even though he could have easily told me to contact customer service instead). Brandon gave me peace of mind all throughout the purchase and exchange process. For all your TV needs, go find Brandon in Home Theatre!
