Business has no problem charging for purchases immediately- but refunds they want to take 7-10days from delivery to process. Which would be understandable IF I hadnt called back a couple hours after making the purchase and removed the box spring I didnt need from the order. So its not like the box springs shipped and had to be returned. It took 5 days to deliver the mattress, now I need to wait another 7-10days for the refund ? I should have gone to NFM like had originally planned.

I bought a mattress and a mattress protector . The matress protector was 99.99 + takes, I found it at Amazon for 44.00 exactly the same. I came to the store to return it but they didn't accept it! So I paid $66.00 more!

So I'm always worried about going into specialized retailers because I usually deal with sales people who hound you with questions and feel like they're hovering above you watching your every move. But I'm happy to say I didn't feel that once because I was welcomed with a smile and instead of asking me questions that only pertains price I was asked questions that actually were meaningful to my everyday sleep needs and concerns. I felt very welcomed Very comfortable and very confident going into the future and knowing that I'm going to be sleeping a lot better.

Shopped all the other spots close by Including NFM and Rooms To Go, but we liked the sales staff better at Mattress Firm. They were very informative and did not not steer us to any specific brand or price point. They worked with us based our preferences. Also, store had good selection of brands. We choose the king set that we liked best, they had in stock and delivered the next day including hauling off old mattress and box springs. Will definitely use again and refer family and friends to this store.

We were really “just looking” (and had looked online and at one other store) but Kenneth was so helpful that we went ahead and made a purchase! He was very respectful of our budget and was low pressure in terms of salesmanship. Highly recommend him as a sleep expert!

SUPER satisfied. From the moment we walked in until the end of our visit-we had EXCEPTIONAL service. We had the pleasure of working with Kenneth today. Very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the products being sold.
