I recently had the opportunity to visit Main Oil and Lube for an oil change and I must say, my experience was quite pleasant. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The service area was clean and well-organized, which gave me confidence that my vehicle would be taken care of properly.
The technicians were knowledgeable and efficient. They quickly assessed my vehicle and explained the recommended services without any pressure to upsell. I appreciated their transparency regarding the type of oil suitable for my car and the different service options available. It’s refreshing to see a business that values honesty in its operations.
The wait time was minimal, and I was able to sit in a comfortable waiting area that had complimentary coffee and snacks. This added a nice touch to the overall experience, making it less of a chore to wait for my car.
After the service, the technician took the time to walk me through what was done and pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on for the future. Their commitment to customer education really stood out, as it helped me feel more informed about my vehicle's needs.
The pricing at Main Oil and Lube was competitive, which is always a plus. Given the quality of service, I felt that I received good value for what I paid, and they even offer a loyalty program that I will likely take advantage of on my next visit.
The only drawback I encountered was the limited parking space during peak hours, which made it a bit challenging to find a spot. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the high level of service I received.

Not a ton of experience here yet, but when i have been here for oil changes and state inspection they were quick, and seemed to have good customer service without trying to upsell me on stuff i didn't need. Not much of a waiting room, but they are quick enough it isn't an issue. I will be back as it is hard to find a good place you trust to help you with good honest service.

Went in to get my Lincoln yearly inspection done today and it was excellent customer service. It was also done very quickly. Definitely will be going back yearly there with all our cars.

We had a wonderful experience here over the weekend! We had a piece of metal stuck in our tire and he got us in and out within a few minutes and was able to fix the repair! The gentleman that helped us was very kind and efficient. Thank you for your help! We will definitely be using this location for future needs!
