I made a reservation online paid for the unit, there has been no other communication. When I arrived to unload my truck there was a lock on the unit.. tried calling the number posted in the door and Voice mail was full... so I took my business to a place that actually has customer service.

Although it is off of the main street, I imagine It would be very easy to pass and difficult to find. The units themselves are old and they do not have the option for temperature controlled units. On the upside however, compared to other more well known storage chains they are reasonably priced and the premises seem to be secure.
