    I made a reservation online paid for the unit, there has been no other communication. When I arrived to unload my truck there was a lock on the unit.. tried calling the number posted in the door and Voice mail was full... so I took my business to a place that actually has customer service.

    Although it is off of the main street, I imagine It would be very easy to pass and difficult to find. The units themselves are old and they do not have the option for temperature controlled units.
