I submitted an application and paid over $200 for the deposit and administration fee, and then they rejected me. When I followed up, they said that I should pay two months rent, which is not even realistic. Anyway, I requested that my money be refunded. I was promised that if there is a rejection, I will be refunded. Today I called for my refund, and the story has changed: I should give them my address where they will ship the check; they don’t want to send it back to my account. They will ship it to me, but when I insist, I don’t have a place for them to ship it. They said that I have to wait two weeks, and then they will call me when the check is ready. I regret coming to this apartment. Don't trust those 5-star reviews; they are fake.

South Oxford Management came in and gave this place the attention it needed back in June 2023. Since then we've been through 2 property managers and are now on our third. Let me say this.. South Oxford would have to be crazy to ever let Misty go from this place. She has fixed a lot of issues in this complex and small updates are being made overtime. Her effort in improving the management here has not gone unnoticed.The apartments overall are nice, but very pricey. In comparison to other "luxury" style apartments, I would say Grandscape is on the more expensive side with a now whopping almost $200 amenity fee per month. The apartments offer updated modern spaces, but with super high cabinets it makes you wonder if the construction workers were all 7ft tall. The fridges are very small, its fairly difficult to fit a large size pizza in the fridge and you won't have any luck storing one in the freezer. Unfortunately, we've been unable to utilize half our freezer space, as we have been unable to fully open the doors since day 1. The oven and side cabinet block the doors so in order to even use the freezer fully, we have to pull out the fridge from its spot.The amenities are limited. You have a pool, gym, dog wash and dog park area. 2 amenity spaces and a smaller area for gatherings. Grills are available for use, but they're super dirty all the time. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but the vendor they use has been very lazy at making sure its fully stocked. You also get valet trash service, which almost none of the residents care for since it tends to stink up the enclosed hallways.After a year of being here, our rent did end up going up slightly ($100) and our amenity fee went up as well to the new price. We decided not to pursue living here further as we feel the prices didn't match the services we should be expecting paying premium rates here. We expected a decrease because of the many issues we faced when we also dealt with the first management Lanoha (ie. we didn't have a working stove for 8 months, previous management ransacked our apartment when we were on vacation and denied it all.. no one else had access to our apartment).This is a great place to live because of the many restaurants and activities down below. But just be cognizant to not expect luxury type services when living here. The maintenance team is fantastic and Ricky will do everything possible to ensure things are fixed ASAP. This place does offer resident parking and 80% of the time the doors are functional. Sometimes they just get stuck and are normally fixed within 48 hours.Overall:Cons: High cabinets, small fridge, hot water lasts for 10 minutes or less. Small closets, no storage space in them. Thin walls (can def. hear dogs barking, music blasting and people talking). Fire alarm goes off all the time and sometimes we aren't notified when its clear to come back in. Residents don't clean up their dog pee/poop in elevators or when accidents are made on carpet.Pros: The area is great, secure parking for the most part. Access to high speed options and 20 minutes from DFW airport. Modern style apartments. Misty & Ricky doing God's work. Fun resident events are scheduled 2-3 times a month.

I moved in on Feb 9th, the move was relatively easy considering it's a high rise building. Elevators were locked down for my movers (made that so easy thanks to Nicole at front desk). She's been extremely helpful. After moving in, the AC wasn't working (I'm the first Tennant here in this apartment) so understandable. They were on it so fast and got it resolved, along with that the property manager Misty came up to see me and bought me and my fiancee dinner for the night. Misty has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate the first class service. I called in on Monday Feb 12, with another issue and William answered and he was so polite and very attentive, so far I can say, they are "Jonny on the Spot" or Ricky on the spot when it comes to issues. And more importantly they understand how to win a customer over. I'm loving my apartment minus a few little quirks (tall cabinets) but overall it's starting to feel like home and everyone who sees my apartment and visits, absolutely loves it. I'm proud to say I live at the Grandscape. Thank you to Misty and her staff William, Ricky, and Nicole, keep up the good work.

The community, management, and staff are great here! If there is an issue with anything, Live Grandscape is on top of it and with excellent communication, which is key for me, no matter how big or small.The community gathering they host are a very nice touch as well to get to know your neighbors. It's close to me being here 2 years now and plan renew because love my apartment, ita location, view, and Live Grandscape as a whole!

My fiancé and I have only lived here for a couple days now but we already absolutely love it. Trish helped us get our lease set up and has been a joy to work with. She’s beyond helpful and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome here. The employees at the concierge desk are friendly and responsive, the amenities here are stunning and very well-kept, and our unit looked exactly how we expected it to when we arrived. We love the view from our balcony and the walkable community is right out the front door of the lobby to grab a bite to eat or find entertainment. The parking garage is gated off for residents and we can’t hear our neighbors at all— plus, all the residents are incredibly friendly! This place is truly a gem and we hope to live here for a long time.Edit: been here 5 months now and still love it! Staff is great :)

Since walking in to tour this property back in November, I have fallen in love with the staff, concierge services, cleanliness of the community, and just my overall Grandscape experience. This property is the only one I can say is true about what they are selling; the vibes are top-tier, along with the living conditions and operations. Would highly recommend you come tour and get the experience of having everything right underneath your fingertips!
