Nazima and Kenna are amazing team at this location.Scheduling appointment was very easy. Kenna was represented that filed my taxes this year and all I can say I was very pleased. He was punctual for our appointment. He paid attention to details and made sure that everything was done correctly. I will definitely recommend Kenna to all my friends and family.Rest assured that I will be returning next year to this office.

DO NOT NOT FILE HERE or ANYWHERE. They have the largest fee known to tax payers. The guy couldn’t even tell me why they took so much money from my refund. I referred my spouse and did not receive the $20 reward referral special they offered when you do. ALSO, my spouse received nothing back in taxes and STILL had to pay their fee with no explanation as to why we received two different quotes. ADDITIONALLY, No one ever answers the phone in office or online. I searched high and low to find the right company to help file. A major mistake this year that I will NEVER make again. If I wanted a big mess, I could’ve filed at home for FREE.Update 3/4 : NEVER Fixed the problem even after I returned their call.

Emmy, Cindy, Sravs, are the very best tax professionals in the area! They worked very hard through many complicated paperwork of mine. Emmy especially went above and beyond for my 2019 and 2020 Tax Returns...Top Shelf Staff!!!!....Update: Emmy is still here at this location and just did my 2022 return. Still the best tax preparer in the area in my opinion. Sincerely.

There were 3 ladies at the office I went to. The first was at the front desk and she was very cordial. I just dropped in to see if I could get my taxes filed that day. She checked their schedule and said I could, if I would come back in less than an hour. That was good for me. When I returned, she introduced Sravs, (may have misspelled her name) the tax specialist who would be doing my taxes. She was caring and very professional. She also had a calm demeanor about her that put me at ease. I really appreciated this. I'm mentioning the 3rd lady now, who helped her on a question or two. She also was a friendly and caring person. When I left, I felt I had picked the right place to have filed my tax return. ??

Was very happy with the professional service given by Shravarna assisted by Ms Emily. Her patient approach was very much appreciated under the stressful condition of the tax preparations and she was able to put our mind at ease and worked methodically through all the documents . Although it took a long time , she was very patient and made us feel at ease .I’m glad that she was the one dealing with us and hopefully we’ll have her for the next year .
