It's tax season, if you're looking for someone to do your taxes for you, especially if you have more than a basic form, look for a real CPA/accountant. They WILL mess up your taxes. We went back to get it fixed, but they claim that the forms they filled out was done correctly and the errors we found is apparently a "computer glitch". Now, that's ridiculous. H&R Block has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. On their official website, it states "you only pay us if you accept your return". Nope. You DO have to pay. Avoid. They seem clueless. We're very upset and dissatisfied.

I called only a few days out from tax day and they were able to find me a time for an appointment next day. When I arrived, I did not have all the paperwork needed and John was still very helpful and explained that I would be able to upload the documents at a later time for him to review. After I had the documents uploaded, he was able to complete and submit my taxes within an hour or two, and everything was very seamless and easy! I went from panic at last minute, to some peace of mind AND a check coming my way! Will definitely be back, and John was very personable & professional. :) Thank you H&R Block!
