I had a dentist write me an antibiotic prescription when I had a bad toothache and a different big-chain pharmacy only told me it wasn't in stock and that it had to be specially ordered and would be there in a week. I came to Health One and the pharmacist here reviewed the prescription and saw the dentist wrote a non-standard dosage amount, which is why no one had it in stock. They were able to adjust it using a standard dosage and provide me the meds immediately. The pharmacist also shared some helpful information on different vitamins that help support the gums and how they work and answered other random questions I had on supplements and health. I really appreciated the one-on-one care received at Health One! The price was the same or less than the big chains but the attention and help was unmatched.

Thomas at health one pharmacy is a great provider and truly cares about his patients. When I got sick last month, I filled a prescription there and the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they give me a lot of good info, but Thomas followed up with me almost daily until I was feeling better. There should be more providers like this that truly care about their patients and just want to help people. This is the place to go to if you want great care from someone who is trying to make a difference. Highly recommend.

The pharmacists at Health One Pharmacy were very helpful when my husband was ill recently. We received important guidance regarding each drug’s actions and possible interactions with other medications. Dr. Thomas contacted us several times to check on my husband’s wellbeing and his healing progress. This was so helpful and encouraging. We highly recommend Health One Pharmacy in The Colony!

This is a great pharmacy. The prices are reasonable. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful customer service and he is very diligent to follow-up on patients. I rely on his expertise a lot; especially dealing with covid concerns. I highly recommend this pharmacy.
