Today, my service was unprofessional, having my regular hairstylist tell me and the customer waiting that she was hungry and didn't want to cut our hair! I usually give her a 20% tip, today I gave her $1, and she refused to take it! Her behavior deserved not to be tipped!

What's the point of having people put down their phone numbers if they aren't going to use them to let them know it's their turn, been sitting in my car since the building was packed and I do believe I was skipped, first time coming here and its already not the best service. Also I know people called ahead of time for appointments but make it even, if there's 3 people on shift they should have the 2 do appointment people first and 1 do walk ins so it flows more evenly cause i have waited for about an 1hr and 30mins even though it said itll take 35 mins.

This morning I went for a haircut, and there were two people working. The employees didn't understand English, and she totally ruined my haircut. On top of that, she was demanding extra tip during the payment. This is Absurd I'm never going to visit this store again!

Will not be going back to this location. Had a bad experience with the lady at the first station on the left who was not very nice. At the end of the visit, while paying, she told me to straight out pick one of the preset tip options of $5, $10, $15. I told her I would give my own tip which I did. Then I said thank you and she did not respond. So I asked for my receipt and she looked put off ,printed it out and put it on the counter and walked away without a word. I told myself I would not be going back. Today, I was in the middle of running errands and really needed a haircut and thought to myself that I would look past the last incident and if there was no wait, would stop in for a quick haircut since I was in the area. I went in and another lady brought me to her chair and immediately you could already tell they were talking about me even if they were speaking a different language. Both were standing behind my chair. Without a doubt, they were making fun of me because of how short I like to wear my hair. Even laughing. Now. I definitely will never be back.

I was not satisfied with the haircut so I left no tip and was moving out. She stopped me saying “you forgot to tip, here write the tip on the receipt.” ??. Man I am not coming here again.
