I’ve gotten 2 services done here for my Mercedes glc both experiences were great. Although with the first service (I forgot what it was called) I was expecting to get my car back in one day and it took two (major inconvenience). For the second service I was pretty much in and out, it was an oil change and to make sure all of my fluids and brakes and stuff were good. Can’t complain and will be back.

Kevin & Harley, always treat their customers with friendly attitudes and acknowledge of what they’re in there for. I’ve be a patron for 12 years. And I’ll always come back since Kevin is at the helm.Just bought personal tires for one of my vehicles (I have a company vehicle which Kev & staff take care of as well). For the most part the staff was courteous and started on my car right away. They neglected to update me during my six hour wait; after being told it would only take two hours. When inquired why it was taking so long I was told they were waiting on a part to be delivered.

They are super friendly and explain everything that needs to be done. I get the oil changed there ad they’ve worked on my truck for a battery issue, and a thermostat issue. I drive past a dozen auto shops because I trust the people at this Goodyear!

Another facility that had no vested interest in my tires and alignment told me that my alignment was likely off and I needed to have my tires aligned. I came here to Goodyear to do that. They asked about my car and what other issues I had been having. I told them there weren’t any. He suggested checking my alignment before fixing it. I left with an alignment check and a $30 bill when he easily could have done the alignment and charged much more and told me it was all good now. Good and honest and I’ll be back because of that.
