***AVOID THIS COMPANY***
If you get this company assigned to do a warranty work ask if your builder can send another company. They will leave you in worse shape than you were in before. Using the wrong grout color, damaging cabinets, moving unnecessary furniture and getting it dirty, hacking up baseboards. The best of all is they take no accountability for it and tell you they will send someone out to look at it and no one ever shows up.

Top notch quality and service. Sarà helped in scheduling end-to-end for our flooring replacement and it was hassle free. Charles is an amazing person who was in touch from the start to the end. He walked us through the process both pre and post work completion. He made sure again and again that we were happy with the installation. He is the man of impeccable character. Overall it was very nice to work with these guys.

Siri went there today Thursday, March 21 and we were told my three-year-old daughter is not even allowed in the building that even to sit in the lobby while my wife goes and chooses the design selections. I was sitting in the lobby with my daughter. I was told I would have to sit out in the car with her for a place you go to to build your family home and design it to not allow your family in it is pretty ignorant. I would suggest anybody choosing another company to go design your home at they clearly have a policy in place That was Not really a lot of consideration was put towards it. I understand children not being allowed in design studio, but the lobby where anybody has access to..

Seriously the most unprofessional people I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Take your money elsewhere or you'll absolutely regret it. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would, I am in disbelief of how bad this company is and clearly their "5 star reviews" are fake.

We had the pleasure of working with Flooring Services as part of a warranty claim with our builder and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. All of the flooring from our living area had to be replaced but Flooring Services made a stressful situation very manageable for us as they made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. We had to be away from our home for a few days while the project was being completed and this is where Flooring Services really shined with their communication and service. Charles from the claims department went above and beyond and made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Charles also did his best to make sure that the quality of work was up to a great standard as he would take the time to physically come and check on the work as it was being completed. On one occasion he even did us the favor of bringing in our Amazon packages and made sure to let us know exactly where he had put them by sending us a picture. I believe that level of attention and service has become increasingly rare and it was refreshing to be able to experience it. Sara from the claims team also made sure to schedule everyone well so that every step of the project could be completed efficiently. It felt as if our time out of our home was not more than what was necessary. I will definitely be recommending Flooring Services to friends and family in the future.

Very unorganized. Right hand doesn’t know what the left does. Lot is an absolute cluster, cars everywhere. 2 stars because the bathroom and break room are the nicest thing about delivering here.

Worst experience. Very unprofessional. Did not give us a warning about anything, did not cover up anything before doing the whole floor. Took all doors off my closet and room. My room was a dust bowl, and clothes in the closet exposed.Next day another team was sent and had no clue about what was done the day before. Not in sync about the previous guys putting the commode in my tub.

My builder used this company to install my laminate flooring. I have few planks that needed to be replaced. 2 separate times they send a tech who was unable to replace it. This is now going on for over 3 months. No one in this company has any idea what’s going on. You will get punted round and will be given many excuses. Their workmanship for my tile in my bathroom is poor. Please avoid this company or you will be disappointed.
