Spent the day looking at floor and decor and have to rave about their designer Wasima! She was absolutely thorough with showing us all the options the store have to offer. Her designer expertise was instrumental for us as we created our dream bathroom. I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Wasima!!

From a long time we wanted to change our kitchen builder grade ceramic tiles and put porcelain tiles. When we finally wanted to do the project, we went to floor a decor and selected our semi glossy floor tiles and glass backsplash. We are use to walking on the glossy tiles before coming to USA. When we went to buy the other day, looking to load the tiles to the cart, one sales associate with scarf approached us and started asking what are we looking, we told we have selected and came to buy. She asked what for and by looking at the our selection she raised her eyebrows that we selected glossy and she told she will match as per out counter and cabinets (ofcourse we also did the same in our way). She showed us Matt bathroom tiles and said this is what is used in the USA for kitchens and we felt we may be wrong, and went with her design and recommendation, we installed the same. Now It’s a big disaster in our kitchen. We are still okay with color but tiles finish is really horrible. I feel like walking on the outdoor tiles. It’s very very rough. Also mopping is as if on the outdoor. Mop doesn’t glide on it (steam mop). It’s only good to pressure wash not at all to mop. We regret that our dream of changing floor was taken over by a random person who has nothing to do with it and changed everything and we have to live with it for years to come with the dissatisfaction and disappointment.

4th pic was the available stock that we almost booked at the checkout.
And we were misguided our selection looks horrible and given the Matt white which holds up dust and dirt strongly (good for bathrooms)
5th pic dust and dirt marks on the Matt finish tiles catch and and are very badly visible when compared to little glossy as glossy do not catch them.

Terrible return policy. Was just told by an associate that it ranges between 90-110 days depending on the associate. Then the manager said - nope sorry can't return even though we have 200 boxes of the exact same tile sitting on the showroom floor.

I visited this place today and Wasima helped me on the design. It was a great experience and she helped on selecting tiles and told me about other things that I will need with great details. I really appreciate her for all the hard work and design inputs.

Worst Srores and customer service peoples. I bought titles for complete home. Boxes was tears when I picked up. Now I need to return one box with same condition. Customer service declined. Noone should buy from this stores.

After 5, no one answers any phones. This is crazy.
UPDATE: the following day I received a call from a manager expressing sincerest apologies. She listened to my concerns and shared that they had recently changed their phone system and had not received calls concerning my issue but that she would have their IT department reset the phone system believing there may be a glitch.
No matter what, the fact that my concern did not go unheard and they were willing to address it for resolution where this would not happen again to others that have experienced the same.
So with that, they have earned back some stars. I'm going with the 4 since 1 would represent the issue experienced.

I have been here three times. As I sit here 40 minutes in while we wait for another store to answer a phone to check stock and find out each store has different prices and nothing makes sense. They now have rung up the wrong wood. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Susan was great in trying to help me but had to leave . The rest . Comedic . Awful. CT

My wife and myself went to this store to shop for tile. After a short while we were greeted by an associate named Jason to help us. He was a tremendous help and took the time with us as needed. We were considering a certain type of tile for our shower remodel
He pointed out that what we chose would not work in a shower. He led us to the types that would work for the application. He not only saved us a ton of money in the future if we went with our first option. Afterwards we continued looking around and was greeted by another named Bradley. He too was extremely helpful and assisted us in getting checked out. Everyone we saw in the store was extremely nice and helpful. It's a pleasure to experience this type of service, especially these days. Thanks again Jason and Bradley.

The widest selection of flooring materials under one roof, knowledgeable staff make this place your first choice when you think of flooring. As a contractor I regularly send all my clients here and they are usually very happy with the variety here. The Pro desk has some very experienced staff and take good care of Pros.

I needed assistance ordering a piece of replacement moulding for my wood floors. I asked the only employee not driving a fork lift who was working the register 3 times over half an hour to get someone back there to help me. The third time he called for the manager (I didn’t ask for the manager). No one ever came to help. I walked out after 45 minutes or so of this and was never assisted.
