fedex delivery drives me nuts because they deliver to our garage instead of coming to front door. my packages have multiple times been left in the rain. i feel like this increases risk for packages being stolen, especially because i don’t notice them as quickly as those at the door so it delays my bringing them inside. every other delivery service delivers to our door but fedex takes the easy way out even though it is highly inconvenient to customer.

I walked in the store yesterday evening, asked a lady for large box for packing Lumbar brace to ship. Lady showed to the large box area. I picked largest one, however I felt I needed bigger one, I asked the lady if there is any other large box, she is not listening what I am asking for, she said you asked large box , I said I need bigger than the one, she did not let me complete my sentence, sir, you asked for large box, these are large box. I tried one more time she didn’t let me explain what I needed, she repeated same, sir you asked for large box. I would have understood if they are too busy with lots of people, there was another customer before me being helped by other employee. I just walked out. I went to UPS. I said I don’t know what size box I need, I need to ship a brace. The lady at counter, bring it in, we will pack it for you. Sea of change in behavior. God luck for fedex.
