I’m very disappointed of this location, another edible franchise that does not attend to the customer.I have been trying to get in contact with someone all day today 3/16/24, left 2 voicemail and no answer.My order was not delivered and I need to understand why and or get a refund.

Terrible experience and customer service. I placed an online order before the cutoff time for same day delivery for someone’s birthday, yet it was not delivered the same day. I never received a confirmation for the order but they charged me for it. I called the next day multiple times to check in on my order and no one ever answered. Will never order anything from this location again.

Order was delivered a day late. I tried calling several times to check on it as I wanted to make sure it would be delivered on my mom's birthday but no answer.Then when it was delivered, part of the order was missing. I once again tried calling and no answer or call backs (as the message promises).I just want the rest of the order delivered. Hopefully whomever is running the store sees this review and gets back to me because every other contact attempt has not worked!

Horrible customer service. Spend $88 for moldy watery strawberries and moldy dying flowers. Why has no one gotten back to me regarding a refund still? This was meant to be a gift for someone and thankfully it was not delivered directly to them because that would have been extremely embarrassing.

Edible Arrangements - please give Luisa a massive raise and promote her to the very top. I had a time sensitive order that needed to be delivered. Instead of saying the company couldn’t do it, she took it upon herself to personably deliver the gift. That kind of character and dedication speaks VOLUMES. Edible Arrangements, take note: that is a valuable employee you don’t want to lose. She should be recognized, commended, and rewarded for her honorable character and dedication to her work. Thank you Luisa for making my Mom’s day!

Store closed extremely early with the open sign on and I think it’s time to drop the price 12 strawberries covered 50 bucks let’s be more reasonable like really I use to love this place but I definitely found a new place

When you open the door they have a bell that notifies them when someone has walked in but no one came out to assist or let me know it’ll take a second. I saw a girl in the back doing something, so I waited and I’m sure she saw me but no one came out. I don’t think they have ac since it’s hot in there so I left after awhile. Get them some ac and maybe they’ll come out next time.

Had a last minute Mothers’ Day order placed late on 5/13, which was ready for a pick up by 10am on the Mothers’ Day. The order was well packaged and ready to present! Quality service with a smile on a very busy day. Mission accomplished!

I wanted to place an order to surprise my girlfriend.I tried to place an order online, but your system would not allow me to get past the pickup date and zip code. It just sat there and spun.So then I called and submitted two messages and nobody called me back.I decided on something from a local grocery store instead. Disappointing lack of communication from your business.

Why does Google show your opening time as 6pm but your store is closed earlier than that on a Friday?

Real bummer!!! Ordered strawberries dipped in chocolate at 10:00am for anniversary, arrived at store 45 mins. before their closing time to pick them up yet the store was closed. Got there at 5:10 thinking that was enough time with store hours for closing is 6:00pm. Very unreliable for important events!

We got the Turkey arrangement which is really so cute. The fruit was so fresh and vibrant in appearance. My friends couldn’t wait to eat them. The cheesecake cupcake is probably my favorite thing there. So tasty.Great Great service. The mom and daughter there were so patient with me. I will definitely be coming back to this location
