I've only purchased tires from discount tire for the last decade and I have always had great experiences until I moved here and had to start coming to this location. I ALWAYS make an appointment but appointments mean literally nothing here. There's always a line to the door to check in and they NEVER have more than one employee working the desk checking people in. Also they prioritize phone calls over customers that are in person. So if you want to wait 30 minutes in line just to check in for your appointment, this is the place for you! This location makes me want to go to a different tire place altogether

My tire monitor came on and I was right around the corner. Stopped in for air but found out I had a nail. The tire rep let me know they were extremely busy but aired up the tire enough to get me where I needed to go. Really good service.

Had an appointment for 3 pm and walked in at 2:50 to a line literally out the door with one person working front desk. Didn't have hours to wait for a rotate and balance that I scheduled. Tried waiting for 20 mins to tell someone but line didn't even move.

I waited 2 hours for a flat tire repair but it was without any complaints. The operation is run very efficiently making it smooth and pleasant experience. There is not one person waiting to be initially assisted with their concerns for more than 3 minutes tops. There is always staff member available, ready, and eager to take the next walk in as pleasant & professional as possible.

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tires for decades and almost lost my faith in them recently due to some frustrating tire issues. The Manager of the Colony store, Matt restored my faith in them last Friday afternoon. One of my rear tires on my MBZ S550 was shot and I had to special order it. To prevent me from having to use the bad tire or the tiny space saver spare, Matt loaned me a new tire the same size but different brand so I would not have to drive all weekend with a doughnut. He even replaced all of my lug nuts at no charge because the old ones were corroding and not safe. And to top if off, the tire was half the cost because I purchased the road hazard warranty. I love Discount Tire!

Took a look at my Truck after the NTB next door ruined all 4 rims powder coat.
I showed up 5 minutes to 6 and just wanted to get scheduled for later. The rep Alex heard my story about next door and said, "Nah we got you, we'll get it done today" less than an hr later they rebalanced all 4 and checked everything for damage. At no cost. Keynan checked everything and got me going. You guys rock!!!
I'm a customer for life.

Good experience here. An appointment is a must as they get busy, but were able to get me out in a very reasonable time with 4 new tires. The person helping me was good about explaining options and helping to find a good fit for my car. Happy with my purchase!
