I was helped by Anita, she was very kind & knowledgeable about CVS discounts and offers and explained everything so well to me I'm very grateful. There is a CVS close to where I live but I never had things explained to me the way she did. Thanks Anita at CVS on main at in the colony! :)

Today, I did not feel like getting out of my car going into Walmart and getting one o/c flu medication. I saw CVS was close by and went thru the drive thru. I asked if they could get me a bottle of Muscinex at the drive thru. (My local CVS has a sign that they will bring oc stuff for you at the drive thru). I don't know because I have not asked them lately. But this CVS would not sell thru the drive thru. I am on oxygen, I did not put it on for show. I never expected them to refuse to hand me the oc medication at the window. This is actually the second CVS in the area that has been very disrespectful to me an elder. a couple months ago, I was in theCVS drive thru and there was a larger package that would not fit through their drive thru drawer. I again asked if someone could bring to the front of the store and I could pick up at the curb. Nope, there was no curb service pickup there! (That CVS is in the Colony, TX on Main Street). CVS just obviously does not care)! I called Corporate that time, I won't bother to call them again. They need to close all their stores! I defended CVS a few months ago because of their long wait drive thru times. I feel that customers need to have their ducks in a row and not ask the CS person to run interference with their ins or do other things that could be handled different. However, I do not feel I was out of line by these recent requests by me.

You know when someone makes you feel like your business is valued there? Just simply gave you the feeling that you're just bugging them and there's something about you they don't like. That's how I felt. Dont worry, i wont come in there and bother yall again. I had my dr fax my scripts elsewhere from now on.

The pharmacist embarrassed and belittled me. I have an ongoing mental health problem and they don’t listen or try to help- they just talk over you. I did cuss but not at anyone - I said I’m just f’d. I ended up apologizing to the worker outside in the parking lot. I do not think she has a clue what she was doing anyhow. I asked what I could do because I was not feeling well from not having my medicine. She told me” it’s not like I can give you medicine”. I’m not a hype- thank you! Then the next time I came in there I had Brent’s finger in my face saying that I’m not welcome back and they are going to have me in the system that I can’t get prescriptions in there any more. Thank you for the discrimination Brent. Thank for throwing my ID, medication, and receipt at me.Oh my goodness I almost for the worst part! Last year they provide me with the wrong medicine and the wrong quantity. So be aware. They’ve switched medicines on my wife as well. They also don’t mention to you that medication that you are taking can interact badly with each other. Because of this pharmacy I ended up being out of work for two weeks (unpaid). I brought it up to them no apology or anything. I just wanted to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else.

Wait times here vary, but overall I've had good experiences and had to write a good review after this last visit. I went in for a flu shot and must have been in and out in about 5 minutes. I got set up at the drop-off counter and the vaxxer dude came out to give me my shot almost immediately after I checked in. I get a flu shot annually and this may have been my least painful one ever - and they're not normally painful anyway. But I literally had to ask him if he'd given it, because it didn't feel like he had. Done and done, quick and painless, friendly folks. #winning

I had a prescription sent to this location 1/17/22 for recent migraines I've been experiencing. I show up to the CVS and a pharmacist tells me that it's pending on doctors approval. I call the Emergency center after a couple of weeks (noticing it's still in pending) and speak with a nurse to let her know that CVS is still waiting on approval. The nurse calls the pharmacy and finds out that this whole time CVS has my prescription on backorder, so she recommends to down the dosage so that I can get my prescription by same day. The pharmacist she talked to said "she was typing this in as we speak" to update my prescription. I call CVS to request status of my prescription and a lady named Beltram looks up my account. She then RUDELY tells me she has nothing on record and that she's been working all day and nobody had called her. I insisted her that someone had called today and she laughed saying, Doctors say things all the time." First off, don't treat me like I'm making false accusations. How about trying to help out the customer who needs their meds instead of attacking them with the most disrespectful attitude. I then go off on her for talking to me like that, snapped back, and asked her if she was the only one working today? She then says sarcastically, "Do you want to speak to someone else?" and then rudely puts me on hold for a good five minutes. Another pharmacist answers. Turns out this was the pharmacist who spoke to my nurse earlier from today. I have worked in the customer service industry before for over 9 years and I know from experience this is the spit in your face type of service that customers do NOT appreciate. Thus ending up on a bad review on your companies record with a demand from myself for something to be done!
