They had over-the-counter replacement insulin needles for ten dollars and were out.
I ask for some from the pharmacy. They told me 60 bucks. If they are not trying to kill off the diabetic community, tell me why insulin is 2k and needles are 60 dollars. Never will I use cvs again. FU We have been infiltrated by communists.

No patient care and terrible customer service.
This CVS is not up to standard, which is very unfortunate. The pharmacist, Madu, refuses to go beyond her basic duties, such as calling you or your provider for additional details about your prescription.
I hope the regional director or corporate leadership reads this review and takes the time to work with the pharmacist and team to create a better-managed pharmacy…very unnerving having to perform their repsonbilites.

The pharmacy is terrible, they are rude, condescending, and don't care to update you about anything. If you need to come here for anything prescription related, first of all- I'm so sorry for your stress, but don't buy anything in the main store. Go to the dollar store if you can. Maybe it won't matter, but they need to know that you can't just treat customers like 2nd class citizens. They need to fix this whole company. Avoid at all costs.

This CVS PHARMACIST IS HORRIBLE!!!!! SHE IS YOUNG INEXPERIENCED, RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS THEIR HEALTH OR TREATMENT. THIS USED TO BE AN EXCELLENT CVS. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CVS AGAIN! THANKS TO HER I DONT HAVE THE RX I NEED AND AM SICK BECAUSE SHE FEELS SHE KNOWS MORE THAN MY DOCTOR. CVShas gotten too large of a corporation and forgotten that if they don't have customers they don't make money. I see why they have a 2 star rating.

Came in here while in town because of course I forgot something. I came to CVS as I had extra care bucks which meant my item would be free! I thought I had loaded the extra care bucks on my card and was having issues checking out. I asked one of the staff for help who came to help me in self check out. Found out that I had not sent them to my card and that since I was already in the transaction it would not allow me to use them. Staff cancelled out my transaction and I rescanned everything and it worked! Only had to pay $.70 which was a win in my book. I was able to find parking in the parking lot easily and was greeted upon walking in. It took me a minute to find what I needed as all of them have different lay outs but I was able to find it quickly and get checked out. Overall an easy in and out trip and I would come here again if needed when in town.

If I could I would give this pharmacy 0 stars.So disorganized and honestly I wonder what kind of courses does it take to become a pharmacist because some people that work here seem to have ZERO education. They don’t even know how to say “hello, how may I assist you”.From the moment you approach the pharmacy you are not sure you are at a pharmacy window or prison window.Since I moved to this area (3 years ago) this is the closest cvs to my home and unfortunately my insurance only covers medication filled by cvs.This pharmacy is incapable of filling prescriptions within timely manner, communicating with their patients, or answering a simple phone call.That’s right! When you call you go through one thousand options to get transferred to the pharmacy, ONLY to get an instant answering machine. Phone doesn’t even ring, just goes straight to an answering machine…but don’t despair! Their lunch is only 30 minutes long, they will call you back by 5 pm next business day.They have been out of my medicine for over 2 weeks. I asked them to just give me a lower dose but nope, they can’t because the prescription doesn’t say that.Can they tell me when they will have it? Nope. Can they find another pharmacy that has it? Nope.My doctor sent in a different prescription, that is the same medicine but supposedly more readily available.I called the pharmacy same day he sent it in. They didn’t have it but said they would have it the next day by 4 pm.Nope…Next day?Nope?Conclusion, haven’t taken my medication for 2 weeks. Have been sick for 4 days due to not taking it…Just calling, waiting, leaving messages and waiting until the next business day.Happy Friday y’all!

I honestly wish I could give this store negative stars the pharmacy customer service is THAT Bad. I called and spoke with the DM after they "lost" another rx I had. I am absolutely sure that the DM spoke with the team since the level of disrespect crossed the line so far that they actually told me itr was my dr's fault and to stop bothering them. I truly cannot remember the last time that anyone, let alone a store at which I was a customer, spoke that aggressively towards me. Horrible.
