This place is a complete dump. The past 4 times I’ve been here, the pumps aren’t a working correctly. They barely dispense any fuel at all. Took me 20 minutes to get 8 gallons in my tank.
Pump 12 doesn’t have an auto shutoff valve that works either.
Staff is always less than helpful and get put out when asked questions about the pumps not working.

The gas pumps have not been working for months - don’t you guys see a dip in sales month to month and same month last year! It’s just so inconvenient

I usually go here and all the staff is awesome but you guys seriously have to do something about the old lady working there over night she's extremely rude for no reason I've delt with her terrible attitude for 3 years and she's always mean as can be for absolutely no reason I just went there and she didn't want to service me because she was doing her " in of day inventory " so I had to go somewhere else...I couldn't even get gas!!!!

The Indian guy is unprofessional and rude. I won't go there when he's there. I don't need to be treated like . The other people here are very professional and nice.

absolutely the worst service ever. Just got berated by the old hag that works there cause she’s having a bad day. Wasn’t even able to use my gas card cause she didn’t see I was handing it to her and she told me it’s too late. She need to be fired cause I’m never coming back to this location ever again or another circle k again. You lost my service circle k and it appears this circle k is known for miss treating customers. Everyone do not come to this store!!! Employee was right behind her did nothing about it also.

Ridiculously slow due to long lines all the time. May need to update technology. Need more help to keep business as lines are usually long. I just dont have the extra time to wait in line. On my way home from work at night I use to stop a couple times a week for a snack/soda on the way home to eat in the parking lot and catch up on emails and social media before heading home. Twice an employee came out to my car and asked me to leave. I go to QT now and only stop here when I have on the way out of town.

Most of the cashier's are pretty stellar but the franchisee/owner is worthless. I've been coming here everyday for more than a year and he is quick to yell at his employees for everything but never quick to help out when there's a huge line. Today he followed and screamed at a group of kids, accusing them of shoplifting, and he spent the ten minutes it took the kids to get through the absurdly slow line to continue yelling at them while they were paying. I get the impression from others in the community that he is quick to accuse and call the police on Black and Hispanic customers. If you need a quick cheap stop, 7-11 up the street is cleaner, friendlier, and won't call the cops on you for your skin color.

horrible experience. I stopped to buy an energy drink and an elderly lady was at the cash register. I took the energy drink, when I went to pay, it was very bad service. I went to the car, got in the car and was talking on the phone with my wife and this elderly lady at the register came to kick me out of the parking lot saying she was watching me. bad place to go.

Hate to do this but after navigating 30 or so interactions with patience and grace I am fed up after tonight. I'm sure everyone knows the older lady who usually works nights and how rude she is and short tempered. I am a kind person especially to those I feel need it a little more, and you never know how someone's life is and why they may act that way. This lady is just extremely angry, grumpy, and rude, to EVERYONE for no reason. To the point where I am scared to go in when she is there and sometimes if I'm not at 100% I will just go to the next gas station because I can't handle her disgusting attitude. I live in the houses right behind this gas station so I'm here A LOT. I was on my way back in town and after driving all day I was tired. I pulled into a pump around midnight to refuel from the trip and take a break because I was about to fall asleep driving. I pulled out my phone to scroll through it for a bit and then was just sitting in my car at the pump talking to my mom on the phone before going inside. Then she comes outside smoking a cigarette staring directly at me for a whole 5 minutes. At this point it was getting on my nerves but I just ignored it. She then proceeds to walk up to my car and knock on my window!! and TELL ME TO GO HOME. I was like well I'm here getting gas... and a few other words exchanged that had me holding my tongue. She was also staring at my dog in the back seat with utter disgust. When I went in to hand her a $20 bill over the counter, not buying anything needing to be rung up or a card to be swiped just cash for the gas, she refused to turn left and take one step to take my $20 at the counter and (rudely and condescendingly) told me I needed to stand behind the register she was working at before she would grab my money. I went back out and WHILE IN THE MIDDLE OF PUMPING MY GAS she comes back out and yells across the lot "ARE YOU LEAVING" ??? Then acted like she was about to charge over all angry because she couldn't hear me yell back "when I'm done?" Halfway from her getting to me I kept saying "IM ABOUT TO IM ABOUT TO" she stops and turns and goes to another car that was parked there maybe 5 minutes and tells them to leave. Any car sitting out longer than 5 mins she will come harass you and ask what you're going or tell you to leave. Extremely unprofessional and bad for business! She never smiles and is extremely disrespectful. She never says how was your day or have a great night. The worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in my life. She only snaps at people and treats everyone like scum. I was sure she wouldn't be working long imagining how many feathers she has ruffled and incidents her behavior has caused but they keep her working. I can't count how many times I've seen her piss off other customers, yell at people, she's rude to everyone doesn't matter who you are what your age is what you're doing. I've seen her get into tiffs countless times and people walk out angry. I've always felt kind of bad for her even though she talks to me and others like we're useless inconveniences to get life but after this incident I just think there's a point where the customers comfortability and service should be of more importance and something be done. Everyone I know who lives around here knows exactly who she is and avoids going here even though it is basically in our backyard and would otherwise be the most convenient place to get snacks and gas. I will no longer be stopping here everyday and will drive the extra time to go to the next gas station and be treated with respect.

With the exception of Miss Evelyn, this place needs a definite makeover when it comes to service. On more than 1 occasion I’ve witnessed only one person behind the register(even though there’s 3)with a line around the store, and what looks to be the foreign owners having their own conversations not caring about how quickly people need to get in and out. NOT convenient. The little old lady doesn’t need to be employed here or possibly anywhere. Seen her be completely rude to more than 1 person, IN the same line no less, also on several occasions. I get pretty much the same thing to purchase every time. Which half the time is out of stock, and majority of the time I have to walk in for a gas pump receipt even though I pay at the pump. Either more staff or new staff, and new owners that care is what’s needed. I purposely go out of my way not to stop here anymore. I now know there is such a thing as an INconvenience store.
